Dear fellow countrymen all Buddhists,

M Xuan Quy Ty was rushed back to the people of Vietnam. Let's expand joy, welcoming a new spring, along with new hopes. Over the previous spring, the world every day sunset in the sea of political unrest, the economic downturn, coupled with the devastating flood disaster, the moral decadence, making people anxious: the future of humanity will be like!

Looking to Vietnam, the Vietnam People inside and outside the country who have seen and everyone knows: the people of Vietnam today is the injustice suffered oppression. Country Vietnam has been all counsel of Chinese invasion. The ruling communist Vietnam only token opposition, and then also to find ways of imprisonment of patriots! It is unfortunate for the country, for the people of Vietnam!
