Sweet and sour fried tofu .


A vegetarian dishes appealing to the full moon day, on the first one and whenever you like. Deep fried tofu is then mixed with sweet and sour tamarind sauce and sesame create unforgettable flavor. servings for 2 pieces of tofu 3 tablespoons flour 2 eggs (egg substitute product for vegetarians) cornstarch ¼ Oil Vegetable Sesame Sauce: 3 tablespoons vinegar ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons water + sugar + 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon tamarind sauce + 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon ginger molasses crushed + salt Cut the tofu into triangles or squares . Cut small pieces and fry less than cut to single color. Combine egg powder (egg replacer) with water before tossing with tofu. Sprinkle cornstarch over, swiping a hand grip for full cornstarch and tofu drain suction. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. When boiling oil forward, hitting all the spices to the sauce together with a thick mixture. Fried tofu submerged in boiling oil until golden brown 2 sides. Drain tofu and drain the oil. Combine tofu with hot sauce as they are. Light watering sauce over, tossing hand to avoid crushing of tofu. Sprinkle with sesame and served hot.
