Every angry or sad, we should know
more mindful of the breath and began walking meditation to take care of body and
mind. We use
mindfulness to embrace our pain. This energy is manipulated by the breath and footsteps.
We embrace the
pain was like holding a baby with all my favor, the energy of mindfulness will
alleviate the pain after five or ten minutes. To continue to breathe and walk in mindfulness, we look deeply into the essence of faith pain, that is, the causes near and far have made it arises. One should not suppress anger and sadness. We must allow them to be present, and just grab them by holding the energy of mindfulness. There is a Buddha mindfulness protection, we have been placed in a safe setting then. Just go to practice mindful breathing and time, do not say or do any one thing to react when sadness or anger there, because saying and doing so will cause disruption in us and in the opposite direction. When you see the seed of anger or temper, and habitual in us, and when found was that the other person is also much suffering and habitual, angry and we will all see that only the practice of understanding and new business help for us and for him. Punishment is not the solution, though the punishment was made verbally or by action.
