PERHAPS MEDITATE ON IMPERMANENCE.

image
One should meditate on what will happen in the death. Sometimes we ask someone: "are you afraid to die?" and many would say it is not. If he is a great Simulator, this answer could be true.
Respects direction line is vital to the practice of we by it winning the arrogance and ego of the ta, which is what we always have. Disclaimer (discharge of glass) is the second most important thing. We need both this to follow proper process that leads to enlightenment. Many masters have said that the practice of preparing can remain over the practice of Dhamma. If we do not grow right up attitude due to meditate on the preparation, the practice (practice) we will not have results. Although we know that men are difficult to achieve and it's extremely useful and valuable for us, one cannot avoid the fact that it is impermanent. There were no deaths, but no one knows when death comes. Shantideva said: "no one knows tomorrow or death, whichever comes first. Tomorrow might not come, but the deaths are sure to come. " Therefore one should not strive for tomorrow but please make proper preparations for death. To do this we need to meditate on how to avoid the suffering of death is very real and could not escape. Although we feel upset or uncomfortable when thinking about death, we need to face this truth is that one day all of us will die and try to win the suffering that death brings. We need to actively contemplating and preparing for death. The Kadampa masters gave out five short sentences to meditate on impermanence probably. First, one must contemplate that all things will not remain as it is but will vary in each moment. Not only does that even large phenomena of the world is also impermanent. A Bhikkhu gains Lama (Tibetan Commentary) says that the formation of the universe lose millions of millions of years and almost the universe can be maintained during the same time period. Followed by the destruction of the universe, so the pigments (SAC) will surely appear though it takes a long time to completely destroyed. It should also be a reference to the passage of time. Last year was the past and this year to date, the other week it week, serial, passed, things moved and proceed to. All beings in the world, even the great masters are also impermanent. We have to look at themselves and see themselves have changed, from a child into a teenager and an adult. We don't know how long we will live longer, but we're progressing to death in every moment. One should meditate and wonder: "from this onwards we should do?"
Buddha Entered Nirvana at Kushinagar (India)
Next we have to meditate on the others to die. Whether young or old, rich or poor, healthy or hurt, many of whom we know have died. Through the news or who we know, we have also heard about the multitude of people who have died. Although we do not talk about death, we've seen many displaced in the fates, who had high status and important was lost, the blessings of low status has taken up important positions, poor people become millionaires, the rich become poor. All things are constantly changing and not always the same. One should realize that it is still a little time before you die and take it up by practicing France's effort. This is the result of the contemplate of the latter.
Third, we must meditate on the cause of death. There is little cause to live but there are many causes for the deaths. Natural disasters such as land slides, floods, earthquakes, tsunamis can cause death. Although not commonly occur in Singapore, Nepal, many people died of lightning. Man made disasters such as wars can also cause death. From news, we heard about a lot of things like and even witnessed a few things there. I don't know if I will die under way or when the death occurred.
But the one thing is going to die for sure. A couple Of Bodhisattva mentions that one can also die from poisoned food, as real bumper, not asking, does not obey the instructions of the doctors and nurses or due to the bad power attack. Do not care, we make the arduous activities or make these outrageous and damaging his body. Because there are many causes of death, we are subject to the law of cause and effect and carefully taking care of our precious body, thus maintaining his life as long as possible. With the time gained from living in good health conditions, one should practice an effort.
Milarepa is a Masters in the lineage of the US and also the greatest practitioners of Tibetan. after he has gone through so many difficulties and suffering before getting all tenets of Marpa, he was allowed to return to his homeland. Marpa said that when he returned to his homeland, Milarepa will see a true pattern of the impermanence and this would be useful for him. When Milarepa returned home, he saw his house had collapsed and his mother's skeleton lay exposed on the ground, the SEC forced the French books are rats gnaw and grass grow through the bronze books. Him in the whole night in the House and there he realized probably on impermanence and understand that it's terrible if he does not fully take advantage of the time for the practice. At that time he founded the great aspiration is to achieve liberation and practicing the Dhamma by meditation in the cave. Understanding of impermanence is not difficult, but to fully identify and be inspired by the meditate on impermanence is probably extremely difficult. If we fail, we will continue to live a normal life and not our best effort in practice. If we determine, we shall make great efforts to achieve enlightenment. Therefore, it is useful if we use a little bit of time each day to meditate on impermanence and probably the conviction of the importance of the practice and thus evolve quickly in order to achieve enlightenment.
Milarepa his mother's bones and pick up great desire to achieve enlightenment
Fourth, we should meditate on what will happen in the death. Sometimes we ask someone: "are you afraid to die?" and many would say it is not. If he is a great Simulator, this answer could be true. For them, the death is liberation. For ordinary people, be they don't think deeply and due by the ego, they only respond to a contingency by, to show that they are not. Who really wants to die? People really want to live as long as possible. Death is something extremely terrible and horrified but is eventually going to happen. While dying, the physical body and mind ripped apart from each other. Only the tragic circumstances or new large lesions that lead to this. Especially for those who have evil episode, due to the manifestation of evil, their minds are fuzzy and they see the hell beings and they become extremely confused.
When Rinpoche in Nepal, he heard that a butcher-lived killed Buffalo-were ill. When the dying butcher, he's extremely scared when she saw the bull with sharp horns on his attack and he begs the people around help lest he suffer the Buffalo kill. The manifest of the industry began even before the death occurs. For the general practitioners are also, at the time of death, they will see schools of Buddhism and [Dakini] welcomes them and mind will head security for peace. An old Lama in Nepal has died recently. Before he died, he told the people around him that he saw Germany Red Avalokiteshvara (Guanyin Pink) and the Karmapa to welcome him. He is the only person who can see this. So this is a tremendous difference between those who die at each of the many evil and who focuses the greatest merit.
The real moment of death is extremely important. Whether a person has ever focuses much merit in this life, at the time of death, if they are blurred by the born of anger or other negative emotions, this will affect their next rebirth and they may be born in the lower realms. If an author can enter the mind of the doctrines and practice were better at the death, they are able to maintain the peace and serenity of mind and this will be the door that leads to the rescue. Therefore one should meditate on the difference between the outstanding practitioners and practitioners and attempt to get a good experience in death by practicing effort right now.
Thursday, one should meditate on what happens after death. As we know, after death, even a Great just can't bring herself to a single costume pieces or even the most trivial. He abandoned all his wealth. His body became a dead body with just a piece of the raiment of Kham to the shrouded statues ... No one thought the corpse was grandeur or magic. After a few days, the body will cast and smelly, who desire it. The conscious mind split apart from the body. The conscious mind is not mastered it, it was the wrong forces in industry. It's like a small bird feathers in the air being shoved by any strong wind. Just like that, the mind experiences the bardo. We don't know his final destination. Without any guidance whatsoever. The mind wanders, looking for help but failed. The positive and negative power companies will control us. All the sins we each area without being able to set the release was left deeply traces in our consciousness. If we do not have the volume of German, one cannot borrow or area of Germany in this period. So this really is terrible.
For an excellent, every moment in the bardo is a moment that led to the rescue. However, for those who do not earn the merit, they will be led to the rebirth in the lower realms. Now, if we do not begin to exercise the product nobody can directions or after death. So right now, as a possible attempt to earn the greatest German recipe, one should do it.
After all, I started to feel that I don't have a lot of time and have to start practicing and studying the Dhamma. France needs to be applied and one should do for France not to rip apart with us. Everything we learn from France, one should apply a consistent way, every experience is taught in France, one should experience this for yourself, all certified food poisoning may have been from France, we should show up for us. You can learn a lot about France, but all knowledge. If you do not try to apply and enter the mind, you will be just a mediocre beings without any achievements or focuses. We have to make France and ourselves we become. We've run out half his life, perhaps occasionally made it happy but very often focuses incredibly bad karma. We have wasted a lot of time and not much time to practice. So we should not be distracted by the pursuit of glory, wealth, pleasures and other secular achievements like, things will not bring benefit for him in death or after the death. Instead of working to respond to the ego, we should all focus on the practice of the body, language and mind. This is the final conclusion we must reach the contemplating. If we see someone foolish to seek pleasure for themselves, one should trigger the mercy and great introspection for them because they're wasting their precious time. Then, one should desire to make the most of our time in this world to practice and aims to get rid of the rebirth of the three lower realms. Although we could not deliver in this lifetime, at least one should wish this practice to other lives to be freed.
There are very many great Kadampa masters and contemplate in all impermanence at probably about. One such masters meditated in a cave, in which there are thorns in the outside entrances. Every day when he goes through the thorns to get water out of his clothes, hemp was and he thought: "this is the real thorns, one should fuss." But after a moment he is a projection that can prove him live long to go into the cave of practice and he dismissed the thought. When he brings the water to the clothes he was involved and he thought the cabin off the dust. However, once he is contemplating that he did not live long to hang out again, and he dismissed the idea of naughty children off thorns. This continued for many years until he enlightened and out of the cave in order to teach others. We should follow his example. Do occasionally remember the idea of impermanence that probably should think idea of impermanence in all the time.
The sunset-a reminder of the practice of Dhamma
According to the customs of Tibet, as an omen when rolled over a cup (the Cup) because that indicates death. However, each night before going to bed, the Kadampa Masters was deliberately over the Cup down to if he died while sleeping, would not need to seek any other people rolled over the Cup. If we meditate on the death of each moment, we will not do anything evil. Thus, a screening of the impermanence of utmost necessity. It is a practice believed to boost roi and a conservative is that teachers should work more for the practice. Therefore, one should endeavor to practice thanks to a slideshow about probably impermanent.
Especially when we practiced four platforms, one should use at least fifteen minutes each day to a projection of four common platforms, which are precious body with eight the leisurely and ten achievements (favorably), five from the US and five things from others; My impermanent; cause and effect as well as the suffering of samsara. In a course of retreats, a seven-day package to use the Simulator for contemplating it.
With the short time we have been in her life, one must develop the motivation: "I have to reach the spiritual achievements." Therefore one should not contingency by the practice and should be extremely careful and focus in the practice of contemplating and other stages in the practice. And the result is always present to us. By regularly meditate on cause and effect, we will be able to prevent myself doing the negative actions and evil episode. It is very solidly in the practice. I heard France to make something happen in the life of us, not just for fun. At least one must use fifteen minutes each day to think about this and we will start the metabolism. Then the process up (flush cups) will start. Abandon does not mean put the clergy shirt, and left the family, it's just the change of raiment. Waiver must come from within.
This doctrine is a reminder for all those who are practicing the platform and is a driving force full of excitement for those who are starting practice. All of us are very new to the practice and even the advanced practitioners also need to regularly screening-one of four common platforms. So the important thing is that we need to emulate him.
