WASHINGTON - The Dalai Lama arrived in Washington DC on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 to host a Buddhist ceremony lasted 11 days, known as The London Legal Affairs for World Peace 2011 ("Kalachakra for World Peace 2011 ").

"We are gathered here to receive the teachings of the Dalai Lama. We can do so here, in the free world, but inside Tibet we can not do this, "he said. "Tibetans inside Tibet have the same basic rights."
