- Sir, is suffering (dukkha).
- So, what is reasonable to think of something reasonable impermanence, suffering and fragility with the idea: 'This is mine, this is me, this is my self?' [15]
- Sir, is certainly not reasonable.
- In the same way, this dear Bhikkhus, feeling, perception, action, consciousness are impermanent and suffering. What is reasonable to think rationally to the impermanent, unsatisfactory and temporary idea: 'This is mine, this is me, this is my self?'
- Sir, is certainly not reasonable.
- So, this dear Bhikkhus, all colors, oil in the past, present or future, in or in external, gross or subtle, inferior or superior, far or near, to be aware with knowledge true by really are: 'This is not my (n'etam mama). This is not me (n'eso h'amasmi), this is not my self (na me so atta ). '
All feeling, perception, knowledge, and oil in the past, present or future, in or in external, gross or subtle, inferior or superior, far or near, must with knowledge perceived rightly by really are: 'This is not my view, this is not me, this is not my self'.
"Divine Master disciple smoothly so that learning wearied, feeling, perception, knowledge - get rid of non-attachment to what is not desirable and that due to the detachment, liberation. Then knowledge becomes clear: 'I am free'. He understood that the birth and death has ended, holy life has been accomplished, things to do was complete perfection, no more back to this state.
"The Buddha explained so , and the monks took rejoicing, praising his teachings. "
