PRECEPTS FOR THOSE SKILLS.

We can recall all the actions that I have taken lead to the ability for any number of the booklet was written about actions not dexterity and creates suffering.
Me and some friends are chatting; at the time, a person in the us to refer to a series of computer books with titles such as Microsoft Word for Dummies (software Word for fool) and Windows for Dummies (Windows software for these idiots). He said that having heard someone will also wrote a book called sex for those who clerk-Sex for Dummies. Then another friend added a stupid mature sex is too easy. The book we need is "sex is for smart people"-Sex games for Smart People. Or perhaps a more accurate title for the book we really need to be "sexual smarts aside for anyone"-Smart Sex for Anybody .
We can recall all the actions that I have taken lead to the ability for any number of the booklet was written about actions not dexterity and creates suffering. The question we should be asking is: How can we get away from these actions and life skills? When we have a clear understanding of development, we can see that finding true happiness depends on the preparation of the booklet "tactful" such as: Smart Sex for All People, Smart Communication for All People, The Intelligence and Loving Yourself for All People or The Wisdom of Caring for Others for All People. Actually, the precepts of Buddhism over 2500 years can be viewed as the Foundation of the books like this.
For those at home, only five basic precepts (five precepts) are passed. The first is to avoid kill any organism. Based on our concerns to all sentient beings, the event developed a reverence in us for his entire life. The next Act is to stay away from stealing or taking what isn't one allowed. The third Act, to stay away from crime of deviant sex, meant to curb the use of sexual prowess in a way to cause harm to yourself or others. The fourth is to stay away from lie and linguistic pride, which is has the power and the implications for the us communicate. And precepts of the 5 basic precepts are the stay away intoxicating substances, such as drugs and alcohol, makes the mind being obtuse and triggers an interrupt happens we feel the natural shine of the mind.
The basic precepts provides a structure for the spiritual life. They have no intention of giving up as strict rules. Thanks to the eternal existence of the Act allow for the life of us closely. Keep in mind mindfulness about the urge and his actions, we keep ourselves from creating unnecessary stress should make this, we promote a spirit of contentment, and our minds become calm (static) for the clear to run. A life without the treasure Act, we lack the necessary to practice inside. Deepest sense of wisdom we turned into happiness and compassion as well as feeling that we all have a mutual relationship, creating a natural inclination to believe in a manner consistent with the Act.
Once in a course a man suggested I talk about the classic precepts. When I presented it, the latest problem seemed downright annoyed. He told me, "but all that is just a way to get away from misery! OK that means all of us are afraid of suffering. And that seems to go against the Buddhist thought "-make sure the world is a way to avoid suffering-by not creating it. To make this absolutely is not an act of cowardice. In this world where people we are all interdependent, the Act is only to acknowledge that our actions have consequences. This is not just a nice perspective; It is a natural law. And the like in your life, we're probably better we should decide to do soldiers fight freed suffering longer than a combatant because of even greater suffering.
And it really took courage of a soldier to escape those actions merely appropriate, familiar, and easy. So Unconsious Sex (Sexual mindlessly), Careless Speech (speech mindlessly), Thoughtless Action (unconscious actions) all titles on can do very long books, and many of us have the ability to write at least a few chapters for each subject. But regardless of the actions of our past, starting right now, we can start to understand more clearly and thus live more wisely and more gratitude. The Center for mindfulness of our manners, rather than by the old habits, we can resolve to pay attention to what really bring us happiness as well as for others. In the areas that we have been deceived, and have been miserable and causing suffering we may decide to become the sensations more ... With the creation of our own lives again in this way, we also bring the calm the mind for us and the whole of our way of life – to be the real treasure of the mind can be free, we discovered, illuminating ourselves.
JOY OF BI INTROSPECTION
In the summer it, I attended a workshop at a Catholic monastery Buddhist topics. Here in The Lat Lamas is the main attendees. The event was opened with tree planting ceremony which was attended by the entire fraternity of the monastery. I casually standing next to the Lamas Hit when going opening ceremony. Suddenly, He realized a big old best brotherhood leaders sit on the wheelchair across the yard. The Lamas Hit scream shattered the atmosphere dignified "Oh its too!" and followed by the guardians and TV reporter, He crossed the courtyard and embracing the old monks. The dress makes me look pinky in her moments of joy that The Lamas exclaimed, "He, him tho too!" That is not the mercy; It is fun like joy. The Lamas Hit are praising the longevity of older monks, and the joy He felt that old monks to attend to us.
We often think about pleasing bi introspection was created by the perception that suffering-and certainly is true. But there's also a pleasing qualities of bi introspection, a sense of the profound relationship, arising from joyous glee. Once someone asked Him why Munindra practice meditation. His students practice around, expect an answer high arrogance. The teacher Munindra replied "I practice meditation in recognition of small purple flowers on the curb if not then can leave". When we started to notice the small purple flowers, we also expect others to see them, because of the joy and hardship of them. Yet this is not the pity but is pleasing bi desires introspection be shared joy joy.
Free bi introspection full of joy like that can also arise from our excitement in the mind state that does that. After practicing your noble or compassionate we can realize your mind expand and end skip those situations in which we often cling, fear of losing a precious thing, or wondering whether we would achieve so long as desires. While the practice of meditation, we enjoy and perhaps even fall in this expansion and in the awareness that happens to us. Joy likes this is not typical because of the good player, because we know that the feelings of this nature will change. Thats right, it was typical in gratitude for the ability of people to be open, loving, caring, realizing the truth, relationships. The perception that everyone has this ability, your bi introspection jubilation was awaken in us the blessing to all those other people can expand your heart, caring, and relationships, rather than forever loneliness and fear.

An important point to keep in mind that the desire củalòng bi this introspection does not stem from a view himself as correct or converted desire. It comes from the perception that many people desire to be happy and yet truly get you happy. The feel of your bi introspection developed in the us to know about the power of love available around us. But there is also, however, many lonely seem to do. Free bi introspection arises from the beauty of the small purple flowers are borne on the curb and yet realize they were people forgotten completely. It comes from my observation of how many degrees of upper head wise among us, and they were forgotten and how low, pleasing bi fun introspection comes from the knowing the great ability of human hearts to create a relationship, and wish more people in the us feel the relationship is mutual.
END THE AUSTRALIAN SPIRITUALITY
India has a variety of teachers, monks and many different cultivation way, a variety of models. For some, the event creates embarrassment and inconsistency. While some of the others, that's the interesting thing. When I was in school with him to Bo tu Munindra Threads Dao Trang, the friend of my students sometimes are often presented to him practice and exploring other religious traditions, or are waiting to other masters few. I wonder about the attitude of the teacher Munindra. He often encouraging them to go. When people wonder why you act like that, Munindra moderates remained a "comparison doesn't harm anything to Dhamma-teachings out.
The truth is the truth. We can't split it up into small pieces so that it viewed that as pieces of its own truth, or view it as a symbol, one of their special achievement. We suffer because of his compare, rather than the Dhamma is not. We suffer because of the monopoly on the truth, because of the perceived divisions and compete. The Dhamma is not what to accept the player, precaution, or demonstrate higher. We don't have to accept the seat with them, like they are an item we may retain one of his possessions. Ultimately, only our lives and the option to provide the discerning, not the dead. This is the essence of the Buddha's teachings: happy I no longer suffer rather than choosing sectarian.
The core of Dhamma, the practice, and painted vivid portraits of Buddha are known to "Dharma". The way of the Buddha, the title "Buddhism" as a doctrine or belief system, is a recent innovation of the Western medicine and actually this is incorrect. According to the Buddhadharma, does not mean accepting "a doctrine", loyal to a dogma, or paste up yourself a brand makes it different to other people. This is not a matter of faith. It's also not an absolute way to take the heel of the historical Buddha. It is a means for us to realize is his innate wisdom and infinite introspection bi.
When there is an attachment on a system of faith, the need to protect it. The major World Religion has denied taking part in the debate on the Catholic thing: this event is very popular when You have time. He stated in an authoritative manner "As Lai here do not want to argue with people, but the people arguing with the Tathāgata". With a rich awareness along with His mind, bi truly cheer his disciples the minus all the stick suffer, since both the essence of the thing always evidenced by separate spiritual path of a person. He described his teachings as a raft, we used to cross the River until the miseries to the shores at peace on the other. Once we set foot in the place that we're abandoning the raft. We don't keep dragging it under himself.
The proven system with rigid beliefs arising partly confusion and fear. When we do not feel contact a private idea of the truth, we don't see the serene and cling to the narrow-minded. If we feel deceived or confused, we fear and searching for something to cling, a secure form in somewhere. This is a picture of the religious, fanatical nationalism and arrogance.
The spirituality taught life originates from the factions causing a feeling of great distinction, about us "and" them is better "which ultimately shows it's a prison created by themselves; a wonderfully decorated cave. Due by cling to spiritual perspectives by a personality like that, we use its mysteries and beauty of spirituality as a subject to exploitation, rather it is the secret to leads to limitless compassion.
To paragraph except for the sticky stuck to these views, we must accept a sincere fear arising out of this tendency. When we face your fears, we can again look back my confusion in his mind. Thanks to the practice, then we perceive the truth of existence, and we see impermanence, suffering and egolessness, we feel no need to defend or cling so firmly into dogma. We have a serene refuge into truth. Our restless hearts because of his suffering and that of others. We do not want more cultivated a sense of difference to anyone. As the teacher's reply Munindra teaches "the comparison is not damaging to the Dhamma is out". We don't have to suffer because of his compare, because we don't need requires a monopoly of the truth. Truth will protect us, we don't have to defend the truth.
The Dhamma of The World Religion yields a way to live, it's proven its logic, its effectiveness, right in our own practice. Thus the Dhamma is not a faith to be protected but that the direction for the transformation. On a journey to explore his seclusion, we see that the player into the computer the way that we follow is not completely is the bottom line; but the truth of ourselves, it is the purpose of the pursuit of the legitimacy. The cessation of the accept its entire issue, including even this spiritual path, is the last part of the spiritual path.
READY TO DIE
Aung San Suu Kyi are going down the path of the village with a few of her people. Right now some soldier jumped out the car, get down, put the gun to her, and prepares to fire on the orders of their captain. Suu Kyi told hands roamed the supporters of her away and she alone toward the soldiers. Then she said "I saw to them only a target missile lock easier than dragging others into". The last moments of a more senior officer arrived and canceled orders.
Then Suu Kyi said "I have never thought of myself as being a particularly daring". Courage, she comments more, "comes from the cultivate habit to overcome by confronting the fear before the order of the person". Suu Kyi can do it which she deeply believes what needs to be done, whether for any fear that surely she must feel.
Aung San Suu Kyi is equipped with the determination to put an end to political oppression in the country, she has turned down from the freedom and the safety of his. Throughout the years of her captivity, military authorities offered her freedom, but when she leaves the Durma and live in exile. She has always denied. Many of her supporters had advised her to leave and continue her work for the cause of democracy abroad, where it would be safer for you. But she didn't leave. After six years of detention, Suu Kyi said in an interview, "Yes, I know that he would not surrender, but there is always the possibility that I might die before they freed me".
There was one time I was in charge of instructing a course devoted to social activists, the Group has a handful of homeless before engaging in social work. A participant is a drug addict who had previously survived several years of predatory guys. We ask him how to reach people he intends to thieves. What's in his heart? He has a technique? He replied "no, there's no technique whatsoever, but when I approached her people, I discovered that somewhere in the trunk I completely willing to die, and I don't say a Word, please know that. That's what makes it cowardly. My best weapon, the truth is I'm not afraid to die ".
The two men, Aung San Suu Kyi and the predatory, both for its purposes, however they may differ from each other, but both are getting ready to die. The robbery has previously said he does not fear death, and this gives him the ability to put ourselves in the precarious position and hurt other people. Aung San Suu Kyi said that while she's downright scared when facing his enemies, wherever she was acting that way, although she could die, and it gives you the ability to serve others. Both men apparently overcame the fear. But there is a fundamental difference in the nature of the no fear of them.
We can imagine that he does not fear, willing to die because we are stuck in a world of sad and desolate; our feelings were hampered and limited to personal survival. Or we can truly not afraid and ready to die because we discover are the inmost feeling for and what the means is still alive. Can we really not scared just when debt bi introspection tolerance, we recognize the deep fears behind closed doors in the very subtle, as we keep mindfulness about it; don't hate themselves because of fear, and it's control. This is a special strength of mind mindfulness. The decision by the us not to be infected by the sense that we have no sense — the sense that impede the ability to look into the truth of who we are.
Surrender is out of kindness to put an end to the unspeakable suffering of the world. Action orientation of Suu Kyi made clear. Investors can also reinforce by Center for mindfulness, she can say "fear is prison and true salvation is escape from fear."
STEP BY STEP
In the 1980s, Joseph Goldstein and I came to Zimbabwe, Africa, to teach. Our students who organized a trip with us to the Victoria Falls and areas around it. On a sunset, Joseph and I sailed on a small boat with a guide, drop by the Zambezi River, sunset, listen to the sounds of native animals on the shore. It is an exotic beauty. I feel as if I've stumbled the primitive era, I clearly see themselves in the middle of a mysterious creature. The whole world and all of the hassle out of it completely disappeared.
A moment later that Joseph offered can guide to port for boats and walk over a period of time until dawn. The answer of the instructor cut right in the sight of our epic fantasy. He said that "the entire coast suffers minesweeping during the civil war. Animals often suffer from a mine explosion melted properly. Many children wander died there or lost limbs. Better should not ". Right so, better do so. Floating canoe down the Zambezi, the feel of me started to move the poor coverage of the horrible lurks there, in between scenes of "Heaven".
I know that there are more than 100 million landmines scattered traps about 60 countries in the world. A long time later, the army has abandoned the battlefield and the battlefield of politics had changed, the beaches of mines lying motionless on the ground continued to destroy human lives, lives on a vast scale. Trap mines do not distinguish between an enemy advancing and a child playing happily, between a dangerous invasive and a carefree tourists stroll. More than a thousand people were killed by a mine trap every month, more people are injured or suffer lifelong disabilities. On the issue of financing, clearing a minefield of costly folded a hundred times when putting it down to Earth, and this was a very dangerous job. The results of many mine fields yet to be dismantled.
A petition of the people everywhere to ask for signatures, asking all countries of production and use of landmines traps. Each year, the monk who Kampuchia, Grand Master Maha Ghosananda, he was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize that led a delegation of peace going around Kampuchia collect signatures for that prohibition. After decades of bloody carnage and civil war. Kampuchia is one of the countries with the most landmines in the world wide. Mine fields covering more than half Kampuchia territory unsafe for agriculture or any other activity of people and this is a country whose percentage of the world's tallest people with disabilities because of the explosion of a mine. Kampuchia also contributed many signatures for a petition more than any other country. Usually a signature is a fingerprint in red ink, because there's so many illiterates.
At each stop of the delegation praised the peace, Mr. Maha Ghosananda preaching a simple post about "the necessity of dismantling the minefield in our heart: join, pitch, illusions, such as the source of the minefield in the ground". This force lies hidden in our heart, probably lies behind a serene appearance. But when someone causes something to us that we don't like, or the situation would arise, and they will explode, it's disastrous trade of harm to others and myself.
Things like minesweeping, easily more than dismantling, as well as the habits created a mindlessly. Like mine traps in the ground as a result of the nature of consciousness, are made without thinking of the long-term consequences. So do we, in our daily lives, taking part in the actions to take, yard, or illusion, the long-term consequences of unconscious.
In our journey to abandon the familiar tendency of taking part, and illusions, we often find strength in unity. We can help each other to jointly accomplish what that someone feels that we can not self. In the Buddhist texts "have good friends" were emphasized as a powerful contribution to efforts to maintain the qualities of optimism, such as love or intellectual. There are people of good friends, teachers, and community mentors who help us by bringing a sense of unity, shared values, mutual support, create excitement and remind each other.
Mr. Maha Ghosanada said "our journey for peace starting today and every day. We will never be a coward. We will go slowly, slowly, step by step, step by step. Each step is a prayer ". We can only make this tour to defuse the minefield; the things in the mind or the foreign scene, step by step, step by step. Each step constitutes a small part of the tapestry of the voyage. Play golf together, we can do much to alleviate suffering of myself and constantly reduce the suffering in this world.
DEMEANOR OF PATIENT
In the first few weeks after the inauguration of the meditation Association of Intelligent Observation of Solomon (IMS), we get a lot of requests to provide information. In these letters have two leaves is especially memorable for how they write. One, written to "determine the Meditation Association Belatedly," seems to suggest that our views were wonderful, 20/20, or is we have initiated IMS as a thing to be thought of later. On the other hand, I realized even cause much excitement, it was sent to "determine the Meditation Association of fast-track". How amazing! I imagine a pack of meditation-water that people only need to add a little water over mixed together to get fast-track peace mind. And supper being ended, the ironic about this, is that the intensive meditation is part of this intensive-and then the sequel too. And the most important ingredient in "an intensive meditation" in this idea is patience.
Patience really doesn't change-the resolute enthusiasm to use the moment this reality as a medium of expression and intellectual bi introspection. Patience is not the chatter back and said "I will endure this problem add 5 more minutes because I am sure it will terminate and then something good will happen." Patience is not without cynicism, and it's good. It is a true connection with whatever is happening right now. Patience is a great strength; It's a tough high and also a form of noble sacrifice.
Patience is a solid power that we apply every moments. It does not imply a compelling idea, quit, or end to the complacent properties on both a consistent enthusiasm. Patience does not mean being pinchers moments, it also doesn't mean we have to accept that whatever happened that never launched an action to change things. If in this moment requires a certain kind of appropriate action, we must do the same. Most importantly is the way that we act. Patient fact downright simple. It means a wide open and undivided with moment-a link that requires a unique integrity.
The sense of culture is to be concentrated away on those things happen; It is an attempt to make sense for us to nurture that form this force attention at every moment. It seems that we always think of what will happen next. A friend of mine once told me a story about a vegetable garden that he childhood. He planted carrots in the garden, but he often felt downright queasy when he saw the little nursery in at him spit the carrot from the ground to see how they develop. The patient is being asked to live in the present moment, while other events evolve over time of them.
This is a form of patience, we take on the practice of meditation. Master my Munindra often say "in meditation, time is not a factor. It is not a thing to affect this process. Practice is endless. Putting the cultivate into a condition of time, meaning that the first one does, frustration, expectation and betrayal. It's like planting a garden and trying to make the carrot tree grew faster than they really are. They develop in time and according to their personality. We're sowing, watering, fertilizing, taking us to it were natural.
In our daily life, patience may be indicated as a determination to accomplish the work to be done. I have a friend that their little girl was diagnosed with a brain tumor is. The polyp is benign but is located in a place supposedly deadly threats. The event involved two surgery, each 1 hour, do not attempt to remove the polyp. My friend brought her son to a well-known neurologist, who said the boy's hopeless. He predicted-the beautiful naive girl will die within two years.
My friend refuses to surrender but remained patient, determined to find the cure. Her search to a different neurologist, he suggests using a method of radiation therapy in particular. Treatments are combined with some other methods have begun to atrophy less tumor. When the first trial showed that the tumor is small, the atrophy doctor along with everyone in the room moving. Finally no longer any trace of the tumor. When I praised the event not be surrender's sister, optimistic look for a new treatment for her daughter, she said she only did what needed to be done, right at the time. This is patience.
Any circumstances whatsoever we can also happen to live each moment, doing what needs to be done, and so that the process of expansion. This is one of the true great strength for us. Whether in life or in our meditation practice, we are supported by a dedicated courage for patience and enthusiasm is present in this moment of our lives.
THE JOY OF THE DONATION
A friend of mine has his immigration to the United States at the beginning of the century. This man is like many others from West Europe to NewYork with boats and stop at Ellis Island. He got together with a friend of his trip, where he was a friend to the other place in the United States. They love each other, and before parting gifts they want something to make souvenirs. However, both left the Monday nothing except the clothes they're wearing; both people no one had any possessions to give each other--until they find a body. Each tear off his name, and wrote the name of his new American on the card, and then given to each other. By exchanging their name, they are in a form of futuristic shares not yet known of them; they want to keep the relationship with all of these perspectives are opening up for the future generations.
I love this story because it's wonderful description of the events is that we always have something to offer, and most noble gift is enthusiasm of us to connect with the life of someone-to care about them. Noble hearts are derived from our spirit and have a bit of whatever relationship we have the gift to awarded or not. In India and Burma, I was the one getting the broken tolerance cannot imagine many people that they have very little material for granted. About one other aspect, some very rich culture of materialism is less for. A recent study has shown that in Los Angeles, with one percent of the wealthiest people, is located close to the end of the evaluation of your love. Mineapolis, a city has a population of middle class, is in the forefront of the list. Tolerance the amount that everyone of us is a matter of the heart.
The Buddha taught that there is no true spiritual life which can not be tolerant heart forgiveness. The World Religious teachings, forgiving heart forgiveness is the principal qualities of a mind in sight. The practice of tolerance of liberation, we kicked the idea of isolation resulting from sticking with and accept the player. When we think that alone, our hearts closed. Then we it's hard to feel good for yourself and think you don't have what to sacrifice. Also due by us searching for something or someone outside yourself to bring us a full idea, we do not see the absolute level that we deem perfect and complete.
When intending to arise in us, they often also have a sense of fear to appear. May be afraid of the gift is not enough or is denied. We might think: "I don't have anything worthy to give anyone" or "when I hit the jackpot I can rise to donate, but right now I can't tell what". However, with the Center for mindfulness, we can notice that the fears of us genuinely ambiguous, they do not have the decision, we should not hesitate because of them. When we recognize that the fear is that these thoughts familiar, which could not decide which of our action, we begin to see the extraordinary ability of bi introspection is within ourselves.
Devotion, to truly be a fun like we do. We feel happiness when we have an intention to, in the Act, and when looking back on the event that we have made. Tolerance the amount of a thing worth praising. When we give anybody something, we feel connected with them, and the effort of ours goes to the peace and the deeper sense. The vibrations of my heart when we practice tolerance levels with the outside world reflects the vibrancy of the heart when we stop giving these views themselves afloat on the journey back to his mind. The end to the left creates a serene sense of fun in our mind. In this way the work and mind combine together forming a tolerant spirit that forgiveness is a form of manifestation of freedom.
THAI MAX TOLERANCE
I came to India in 1970, I went by land through Europe, Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan before arrival in India. I was mới18 old, yet never leave New York City, my hometown over one hundred (100) miles of track. I remember back when on the banks of the Bosporus Srait where divided Europe and Asia Ðứng look at flows toward Asia, I wondered, and then it will be like, and feel that a conviction in the movement's rise adventures fall semester and full of fear the sea. When in that river, I don't know that the strange man, the culture of the place, with the spiritual traditions of Asia will become the purpose of my life. I just know that you are looking for something more sublime happiness, and I'm happy to expand about anything can happen.
The idea of this extension is very much like our approach, the need for refuge while practicing meditation. Tolerance gives us courage to reach our journey, a stop to put what we know and come in strange places. World of calm and understanding intuitively do we go into meditation, that maybe it's not like anywhere we knew before. With a bit of knowledge changes, we cling or use to protect ourselves from the truth from our lives is yet to be satisfied.
And like many journey, meditation is not a long process and limited step by step; We always know exactly where I'm going to or even what we will go forward as then. There is a parable I heard people tell in Burma about a Hunter enters the forest to catch a bird. He's going around in the woods for several days, but never caught the bird. But that's good, too, because during the hike, he was aware of all of these getting out of the Woods. This just like we practice meditation. We may have the idea that there is something she needs to grasp, or can flaunt a what. The problem is that they broaden the understanding of the character of mind. The problem is that we understand how to explore how, and how do I make a journey to discover this in harmony with our relationship with all beings.
When we understand the obvious way of looking at the Convention of the normal dimension when looking at the facts, on which we can recognize much of what we've lost than found. There was one time when I went from New Mexico returned to the East Coast along with the friends and a baby son four years of them. In St. Louis, the boy wander and lost. Everyone we frantically go looking for her. Finally, the radio loudspeaker announcements "please please passengers to ports of the two getting back his daughter". When we arrived there, noticed the baby downright disorder and fear. The little girl told her mother "Mommy don't stay where you thinking". Indeed, her mother would never leave her thinking, and the baby left to roam. Things happen as we recall the terrible and awe, sometimes we feel in our lives, we discover that happiness was not where we expect it. We have been told that happiness will definitely be found in certain matters as: in relationships, money, work, and a special place. And the like, when we're unhappy, we think you have to suffer losses. We argue that there is something wrong within ourselves more accurate is a problem. However, thanks to meditation, we can see that there are other places that we certainly have not been mentioned, there is also joy and contentment. And we have therefore serenity cheers familiar stereotypes and the lies, to enter into a strange new landscape.
When we approach life with my questions, it gives us the courage to open his heart as more and more, so that we can find something more sublime happiness that we had never known before. Have a magical thing in my question, when do you with the gap in the vacuum between two breaths, in the beautiful gifts found the of relationships. Thanks to the practice of meditation we have understanding the problems secret, reclaim the gifts left.
We rarely express verbally about what happened to us in meditation. It's logical, because sometimes words are only used to establish what the conditions are varied and lively. The Dance master Isadona Duncan once said, "If I could tell you what it means, then I don't see the dance as something else". We do not hold the freedom (moksha) as a personal possessions; We can only deliver: we cannot, we can just dance to it. When we worry about what are the perceived meaning, when we try to calculate and interpret them, then creating an idea of separation and use of his understanding as a means to prevent tolerance forgiveness.
Providing the meaning of tolerance towards his life through meditation can help us to delight with anything that we feel, when we step into an unfamiliar place and unfamiliar Dao Lao have a maxim:
"Closer to it and no start, follow it, and not the end. You may not know it, but you can be it, your life is serene. "
FORWARD
I've cried more when Dipa Ma died, and then I thought "no one will love me like you anymore". Instead what I found was the love she left, it was viewed as part of my life. The inspiration from the words and actions of her is still the guideline in my life, promote the practice of mine, just teach me as I teach others.
One of my lovely memories of Dipa Ma is from the early 1970s when I and several friends are living in India, the practice of meditation extremely positive. A friend of mine received a letter of his mother, she's extremely angry to hear that your child is practicing Buddhism in India. Mother said "it would rather die than see the mother saw her as now". He slightly took ground and may not know how to write a reply. He presented with Dipa Ma about his plight, later, whenever he meets Dipa Ma, she is also often asked "MOM do you have today? She has to feel better now? When you practice meditation to send Metta to tell her? " Then, Dipa Ma gave my friend 100 piastres rupees (Indian currency), in which a student was sent to Ms. as donation. At the time this banknote the equivalent of 20 dollars, for Dipa Ma is a big amount. She put this money to him and say, "Let's go buy a gift and send gift to your mother". One of the Buddha's teachings is that if you sent your instigation gave them a gift. 2500 years ago teachings but still vivid for you me by this woman's personality, only a little for yourself, give money to the people his pupil to show goodwill to do concerts.
I recall Dipa Ma is not only my teacher but also a woman, a mother, a grandmother. Once, someone asked her did she notice the trivial concerns were an obstacle. She responded, "They are not a hindrance because whatever action I have meditated there. It really never leave me. Even when I'm talking, I'm meditating. When I'm eating or think of my daughter-the event not the meditating "when she visits the United States along with his family, I remember watching her playing with nephew, Rishi, laughter said fun, done to stand up for someone to meditate. Maybe then she go washing clothes by hand and bring exposure to dry. Perhaps you are practicing meditation practice and returned to sitting meditation. Rishi often run jump play around the room, while the daughter, Dipa Ma's cooking in the kitchen or watching TV to let air out opening sound. And Dipa Ma used to meditate in the middle of the landscape. Whenever anyone sits down in front of her, she opened his eyes and bath for him the happy rain.
Although she is only four feet tall and is in very weak condition, but the energies of her extremely powerful. Not long before her death, Joseph Goldstein and I met her in India, she suggested that we attempt to sit meditating for two days. She said to the course for two days, but meditating continuously for two days. Both of us have thought that might not be able to perform a job. (And I wonder does she really think we are that way). But when we start protesting, she just said "do not be lazy".

As far as everyone we, my ability for compassion Hy discharge has overcome the idea of its capabilities. When I realized I hesitated, not step forward and express the relationship that I could perform, I saw images of her eyes opening to and bless someone, or for my friend's money to buy gifts for his mother, or I hear her voice told me "do not be lazy". So I made steps forward.END=VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.THE MIND OF ENLIGHTMENT,WORLD VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST ORDER=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN LOTUS MONASTERY=THE EIGHTFOLD PATH.NAM MO SAKYA MUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.15/8/2014.
