 What is Mindfulness?) .
The last time you listen to music without doing or thinking anything, all senses focused on listening to the tunes? With me so long, I listen to music when riding, while working, .. grabbed back the last time I lay focus on music so long ago.
Consciousness us like a monkey jumping from the past to the present and the future does not end. Even if you intended to enjoy every note is just a few minutes after making music reminds you a certain memory in the past, and after a time, your mind jumps to the future after zipping through current.
When the brain a romp through the period, having memories that are generated emotions. When thinking about a past regret what we are supposed to do or do not're supposed to do. When thinking about the future we worry about a thing might happen or not happen, then we intend to do with each event.
past is what happened so we can not change. The future is what has not happened yet so it should not think about. If we live well in the present and tomorrow is present becomes the past and the future becomes the present. Living well in the present will be good to have a premise not regret the past and a better future.
Mindfulness is that we focus all your senses, including general thoughts on the action we are doing show. For example, when we eat, we just focus on eating alone or movie without talking or thinking anything else. As players we just concentrate enjoying every musical note. When you focus on your walking footsteps, breathing.
For our thoughts are not bound to time or space as our bodies, so we must watch our thoughts. When any idea what triggered the first step we have to recognize it because normally when an idea appears, the notion of a row will make you appear increasingly deep in thought.
Upon detection The onset of an idea, we immediately stop thinking that again. But I like the monkey mind, it does not sit still, whenever it should work except sleep. Normally used to control the minds of our actions but there are many activities we can do without thinking.

Meditation is a method to help us eliminate thinking to just focus on your breathing. When set to a high level of meditation, the meditation does not have any single idea; they fall into a state of emptiness.
