  • List the types of suffering: suffering emotional (inhibition, pessimism, anger, ....), the event causing suffering (illness, poverty, ...)
  • The definition of suffering : the feeling created by ourselves!
  • True belief :
- In a moment, we only experience a: or suffering / happiness.
- The fact that external causes suffering, but the underlying cause is our own beliefs! (Why the first event, a person suffering, someone not so painful is because the event, there is the nature of the event? Or because it is inside us!) -> Suffering created by us.
- There are two realities going on, inside and outside. If you're feeling inside happy, then your life is defined as happiness, regardless of outside NTN? And conversely, candles inside you're feeling unhappy even if the external you have adorned countless things ($, fame, career, clothing, ....), then your life while still being defined as: not happy! -> Your happiness is the experience within!
  • The origin of suffering: based on two main components
-What to expect: a desire to something! Greater expectations, the greater risk of suffering.
- false belief (not true to reality) is formed from the past.
-> suffering: the expectations placed on the mistaken belief, ie expectations are not satisfied!
  • Solution: to not suffer
- Do not expect!
- Expect placed on the correct belief - to understand the reality and act like real! (wisdom).
  • Solution: to overcome suffering and be happy
- Determine status!
- Define expectations!
- Determination of belief is not true!
- Make decisions based on: the rules (cause and effect, attractive ...), the accurate knowledge (objectivity, free important mechanisms affect), the good virtues (love, forgiveness, patience, ....)
