XA TIBET ROAD. OM MANI PADME HUM.
Indeed, read information from the union to go ahead, I see not a few cases having high shock syndrome (acute mountain sickness). Specifically, when a sudden change in altitude, many people do not adapt well will occur headache, dizziness, trouble breathing. Even someone who is "shocked" is heavier than both vomiting blood. "Obstacles" such great plans but to the whole year, I still determined to make life's journey to come to a "roof of the world", discover the land spiritual sacred religion associated with virtual Tantric magic; the type of bold type clam Tibet, the world's most expensive learning the culture and life of the people here.
Transfer by bus from Hanoi to Huu Nghi border gate (Lang Son), we have procedures to enter China. From Pingxiang, union truck ran straight to the airport Nanning. That night, we flew into Chengdu (the capital of Sichuan province). From here, the delegation train to Tibet. The selection of travel by train (time 2 days, 2 nights from Sichuan to Tibet) just so people get acclimated to high, and an opportunity for us to explore Thanh railway - 1140 km long Tibet connecting Qinghai to Lhasa and situated on the world's highest level (the highest point of the works up to 5072 meters above sea level).
Lhasa - the capital of Tibet, located at a height of 3700 meters above sea level, with the highest Himalayas Mount Everest is 8848 meters high and hundreds of other mountains higher than 7,000 meters. That first impression when arriving here for me is the immense space, vast and wide stretches of track. Here, the sky never so blue, clouds are only a pure white and the sun became bright yellow huom. Clear space, quiet and deep. In the words of Dicky told - her Tibetan guides to be met: the body get acclimated to thin air, people need complete rest, not to exercise strong, gentle walking, eating soft and drink plenty of water. Especially, do not shower on the first day arriving in Tibet. Indeed, on the great height over sea level should be low pressure, the air is too thin, the amount of oxygen in the air only 70%, so the lack of oxygen in the brain. The breathing for us is also a problem. To get enough oxygen into the blood, we have to do deep breathing exercises, breathing in the body longer to absorb more oxygen. However, it seems that our bodies adapt to the change in altitude and thin air rather slow. Most team members have high shock symptoms such as headache, pale, lack of appetite and vomiting officials. Right-to-day 3, the health of many of the new team back to normal. Cold dry environment in Tibet also makes the lining of my nose sore, sometimes slough off the dry red clots.
From past to present, Tibet is a place famous mysterious to visitors. Strong attraction of strange lands, this mystery is the culture and unique customs and practices brought mystical spiritual factors. Tibet is regarded as one of the famous Buddhist holy sites in the world. These birthplace Tantric - a sect of Buddhist culture and diverse styles such as empowerment, along with the Tri notes the Dalai Lama (living Buddha) is widely worshiped. On this land, religion is fundamental to Tibetans exist. It seems that the whole life, both Tibetan people fully dedicated to their faith. For them, life is to serve their religion, their material is a means to reach spiritual heights.
Monday's appeal came from the Tibetan Buddhist architecture works. In Tibetan monasteries more than 16,000 large and small. In particular, not to mention the most typical Potala Palace - the greatest shrine of Tibet. This building has a total area 360.000m2, 120 meters high, 360 meters horizontally, of 13 floors, 999 rooms, gilded roof. This is where the stupa contains the remains of the Dalai Lama, is central to religious leaders and politicians in the past 400 years. Potala was religious art treasures and a place to store these unspeakable pictures, priceless books of Tibetan Buddhism. In this journey to Tibet, we visited most of the monasteries, famous temples and sacred Tibet: Potala Palace, Dai Chieu self (Jokhang Temple), the Buddhist monastic universities: Drepung, Sera; to the ancient fortress town Gangtse lofty tower with Everything Kumbum; town famous for its monastery Shigatse Tashihunpo Buddha Maitreya with the world's largest copper ... In addition, visiting saints sacred lake: Yamdrok, Namtso lake there that carry the blue, turquoise is pretty amazing.
In the monasteries in Tibet, the Jokhang Monastery is the most famous and sacred. This is a pilgrimage to the life of Tibetans. Jokhang was built in 693, with a total of 370 rooms. Every day, thousands monastery welcomes people from all over flock here to worship. The circle surrounding the monastery became a huge round kora. From early morning to late evening, at the next regularly nuom kora nuop people. Although crowded, but no scratch, according to the order they go clockwise. For us, the people caught images devout bowing formal "three of the most cult" - took three steps, once worshiped, though often seen at sacred places in Tibet very much, times but always seems to bring a very special attraction. With religious rituals "three of the most cult", they folded hands above her head, forehead, chin, chest and lying devout bowing down to earth, respectful and humble patience pray. Every time such a devout Lord, they made up the distance with his own body length until the next kora. Go kora shows such as respect and dedication that most Tibetans do with their religion. We secretly admire confidence, courage, humility their ring, release the mouth from Tibetan prayer "Om mani padme hum."
Business is turning a common religious artifacts of the Tibetans, with enough size, the pattern. This is a hollow tube, the strip of paper containing prayers, rotating on a vertical axis. In Tibet, just step into the street, you may easily caught the turning of this business. The pilgrims, travelers, vendors ... always seem to have in their hands turning a small business instead of constantly turning prayer ... In addition, kora around the temple along the ring there are many economic turning bronze, wood. Tibetans believe that the turning movement of the business will create a mystical power for peace, good luck. Another feature is again in Tibet, before the Buddha statues in the temples usually put the censer to burn incense to the temple in Tibet put the big lights are burning pots of butter (or fat yak) . The offerings of the pilgrims is a bit of butter to keep the flames off the lamp forever.
Tibetans also have immense green prairies, herds of sheep and goats grazing; the wheat fields, and improvements huom bright yellow deep blue sky. This is the best place on earth that I have to and probably will hardly have a chance to come back. The place was, the white clouds still fly away ..END=VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY BACH LIEN HOA.NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).6/2/2012.
