No matter which one we control.
Those of our bad habits appear to be fanciful and frightening realms.
The good nature of our realm appears as bliss
So we have to remember to build and preserve the spiritual qualities.

For ordinary people, the transition realm, intermediate realm (bardo) when the mind begins to recover the dead. Intermediate realm finish at the conception of the afterlife. For practitioners experienced Tantric, bardo realms start with market flexibility clarity or start presenting themselves at the end of this flexibility.

While dying, our mind is attached to the body. The next phase, the process of feet ultimate nature, often too short to ordinary people who find it difficult. This may be opening at the top or one of the nine holes of the body. If we use the mind filled with evil industry, we can not experience the ultimate nature and feet will be frightened because of the natural sound and the image light rays or other objects. The feel bad personality disputes that can take us fall into hell.

In the intermediate bardo realms, our consciousness completely separated from the body. Consciousness has left behind him in shape and now love it just a dead body, not breathing, and do not move. Of consciousness we wandered around without any gross physical body to keep it a place to stand. We can have a body created by the mind, so that can be imagined by past habits. The move for us is easy, but the stability at the position is a problem. to endure.

Our mind will be more sensitive than the life lived in the mercy of time. We will see and hear many others, just as we are wandering in the bardo realms intermediate. We have the ability to clairvoyance prophet in a certain degree, read the thoughts of others, but we will have little capacity for reasoning and analysis, since the lack of focus the mind. From moment to the other, our mind ranging through many changes of happiness and pain, hope and fear, happiness and sorrow. Sometimes we feel in danger from the forces of nature, as if we were buried under the houses, land cave or miss; of falling and sinking into the water; were burned in the fire or in wood a house fire, and swept away in a storm. All good memories or good experiences that we can gather again arise and help boost capacity at peace, respect, compassion, pure awareness and wisdom. Energy source that will lead to enlightenment or rebirth well, like the forces of negative emotions cause us to fall into hell. Such a good resource that can help us avoid rebirth in hell, even if we have bad karma. The experience and spiritual strength that we have in life will surely bring results in time. Therefore we should take a careful exercise of power instead of good karma and bad karma, the karma of this capacity that we have the opportunity to decide their future destiny. If you can build and maintain a positive state of mind thus purified by the power respect, compassion, your mind will reach the source of peace, like the cloudless sky in the morning. The force any bad karma to anesthesia or pain disorders will be dispelled. Bliss will reign over all of what you experienced during this intermediate realm, ensuring a happy journey filled.

In this life, our mind is relatively stable because it is based on the structure and coarse material that is profane this body. It makes us easy to achieve knowledge and spiritual practice through meditation. But it's hard to make changes or great improvement, because the mind is trapped and conditions of this earthly body.

But over the course of transition in the intermediate bardo realm, the mind changes quickly because there are no obstacles to the body. So the journey of our future will be easy to change and improve. But we also will be difficult to find direct and focus the mind on that, because there is a physical body to dwell on. In the intermediate realm, our consciousness continues to live with pre-existing habits and float quickly to their future destiny.

Fortunately, now we are living and have a physical body to the head and so on can prepare for the intermediate bardo realms and their lives next. If life can enjoy peace, strength and wisdom while still alive, then he died, we would be really happy to think, "I'm really happy, because I have prepared for this all . I did not waste a good opportunity to do ".

In the intermediate bardo realms of our mind will clear and strong current. The experience of the mind more clear and sharp. If we have good experiences in life, we will enjoy the life of our results in this transition easily, clearly and effectively. But it would be difficult to build a new spirit and new experiences, because we need to have the stability to create new habits for the mind.

If a sense of peace, joy, and openness have become part of our mind when alive, then in the intermediate realm, all the states of mind and phenomena around us will appear as sights and experiences. Even five disturbing emotions of the mind and will appear as the five wisdoms and the five elements in physical appearance as the original light, the light energy which is naturally present wisdom.

Many male and female gods will guide us to go on his way. Body mind we will fly away like an eagle through the cloudless blue sky with endless gifts magically appear, music and dance around in a space happy. We will be welcomed to the heavenly pure land or peace, the most beautiful and blissful. We will also have the capacity to lead others to the pure land with splendid rites so.
