DEVELOPING COMPASSION.

Some of my friends say that love and compassion very nice and wonderful, but they have no place in our world, where anger and hatred is a part of man, and so we always have mastered anger. This I disagree ...
We humans exist with this comedy about nearly a hundred thousand years. I believe that in that period, if the spirit of hatred we have mastered the human population supposed to be reduced. But until today, although has gone through many wars, the world's population continues to increase. This proves that love and compassion still dominate.

So the work of compassion in everyday life becomes, of course, and most little-noticed.
As my own experience, the emotional balance and body healthy is related intimate . The agitated and angry easily make us infected. Conversely, if the spirit of quiet and full of good thoughts, the body at risk of disease attack.
For true happiness, you need to have a peaceful mind, and spirit to be wellbeing, need to have compassion. How can we develop compassion? Just think of compassion is not enough, we do to transform mind and his actions in everyday life.
First of all, we must know what compassion means. Compassion has many forms and it was very easy to confuse it with the attachment and desire. For example, a parent's love for children is often related to the emotional needs of their own, so that love is not entirely compassion. Also, in marriage, love between the couple, especially the new phase of marriage - is not clear at which both the personality of each other deeply - love that is based on clear cling rather than compassion . Because of our desire so strong it even if your spouse has bad properties, under the eye at that time he also became perfect. Moreover, we tend to promote good little things. Thus, when the situation either change the other person feel frustrated because their character has changed. This is what shows the love that is driven by the needs of individuals rather than a true love.
Compassion is not a true first love reciprocity, which is a commitment certainly on the mind . So even though guys do not get treated well, a true act of compassion will not change. Course is to develop true compassion will not be an easy task. At the start of practice, we should look at the following points:
Despite the good or bad, the cute or vandalism, we are all human beings equally. And as human beings we all want happiness and do not want suffering. Furthermore, each individual has the freedom to avoid pain and enjoy happiness. You now accept that we all want happiness, and so you will stop being sympathetic to them and feel them more closely. Practice this will make your spirit feel altruistic love, and you will develop respect among all people around: they want to help ease suffering. As a man should who has to go through the experience happiness, sadness, joy and suffering, so no reason you did not trade those with selfish deeds.
In our capabilities, to practice and develop compassion, we need to have patience and time . Take advantage of our subconscious, when the "I" would prevail, and because the "I" that our compassion is limited. Indeed, true compassion is expressed as "I" killed out . Talk like that does not mean we do not do anything about it, something has started, practice and progress, that's what we all can do. Begin today, right in every thought, word and his work.
