MEDITATION WALK.

Walking meditation is a practice allowed very pleasant. We coordinate breathing with footsteps. Breathing in, I can walk two or three steps, depending on the necessities of our lungs. Breathe out, too. To the mind of your foot down, we go step by step firmly, make contact with the ground. I go really natural mindfulness helps us to peace and relaxed as to the pure land. You can go to the Sangha, or go it alone. We can go meditate several times a day.
At Plum Village year round only way to go, that's meditation. Every move should go, even a few meters, we are also walking meditation. Meditation to help us learn to live every moment of daily life. Every time we are sad, anxious or more bags, walking meditation helps us let go of negative energy and I will feel lighter and more joyful after a few twenty-minute practice.
When unscathed, walking meditation helps us to nurture the joy and power of mindfulness, and insight necessary for us to achieve stable and relaxed.
