New Delhi, India- A new study says mindfulness, an important part of Indian Buddhism and yoga can help fight depression and improve quality of life. According to research by Britta Holzel, meditation mindfulness is beneficial for improving the health and activities, including the immune system, lower blood pressure and cognitive abilities as well try.
