CAN OUR TRUE HOME.

Even the Buddha himself with how merit accumulated through countless lives, death is inevitable. At the end of his life, he had to give up this body free from the burden of the body. I should content itself with many years of relying on themselves. I have seen enough. We can compare ourselves with things in the house that we spent so many years - cup - cup - spoons, forks etc. .. When shopping for new, squeaky clean them, but now, after having been used for too long, they begin to damage and loss. There is a dent, the lost, the remaining ones are old, do not keep the original shape, and it is characteristic of them. My body too. It always changes since we last born, and grow up, mature, and aging. We have to accept that. Buddha asked all the conditions, whether the conditions inside the body or outside, not all self - their properties are impermanent, changeable. Let's contemplate this thought until I see it clearly.

The body parts in damage was being killed, which is saccadhamma, the truth (Dhamma). The truth about the saccadhamma body, and it is immutable teachings of the Buddha. Buddha taught us to take care of the body, to live in harmony with it, in any circumstances. The Buddha taught that even though my body is imprisoned, but also do not let our hearts be bound by it. Now when my body began to weaken, decay with age, accept it, but I also do not mind being destroyed, weakened by. Please separate the body and mind. Be empowered to care by recognizing impermanent nature of all things. The Buddha taught that the essence of the body, can not do anything. Born, raised, elderly patients, and then die. That is the absolute truth that we must accept. Let's contemplate this body with wisdom and realize the truth. I should not worry, because this is not our true home. This is only a shelter. Everything in this house will disappear. If we know it, our mind will be at peace. I've lived a long time. Eyes have seen many sights, colors, ear has heard how sound, and we had so many life experiences. Well, all this is just a summary - just experience. I have enjoyed many good pieces, and is only tidbit tidbit, nothing more. They are only pieces of unfinished pieces. That's all that. If our eyes are scenic overlooks, and vice versa. I've heard many melodies, it's just as well. That noise is deafening and only that.
Buddha said that rich, poor, old, young, man or animal, nothing in this world can keep its shape for a long time; things have to change and change destructive. It is an aspect of life that we can not do is change. However, Buddha said that we can do is contemplate the body and mind to look out of our self, to see that no body nor mind must be "I" or "mine". We only practical means. Like the house, the title is mine, but I can not take it in anywhere. Also on wealth, property, our relatives - all of it is just the name, they do not really belong to us, we belong to nature. The truth is not only for us, but for everyone, even the Enlightened One and His disciples too. They are different only in that we have to accept things as they are. They know that there is no other way better.
Buddha taught us to contemplate this body from the heels up to the top, and back heel. I see what? What's really clean in there? What is not sustainable? Both my body is degenerating and Buddha taught us to be aware that it does not belong to us. Body must pass, it is natural for all of these conditions are due to change. Where else can. Actually there is nothing wrong with change yourself like that. Actually not themselves create suffering for us, but rather because of the mistake of thinking, we do our ignorance of negativity. When you look out the right and wrong, then surely there must be reversed.
's attention was increasingly determined to confront the painful feelings smoky, the more we see tired. Stop all thoughts, the mind can be static, and diverting the attention on the breath. Let silently: Pen-raw, raw-Pen (Buddho, Buddha Da). Let go external. Do not think of the children, our loved ones, do not think about anything. Let go. Be the center of a room, and to still reside concentration on breathing. Let the breath is the only object of knowledge. Let's focus until the mind becomes quiet down, until all feelings are no longer an obstacle, and the mind becomes clear, fully awake. When that painful feeling uncomfortable with themselves and up from the bridegroom.
truth is we can not figure out where the ego. Only smoky sensation, and over, and smoky, according to their nature. That is the nature of things, but we just have to catch them permanent. It is foolish. So let go, let go everything, except wisdom. During meditation, if raised in our mind seeing, hearing things, then do not let them lead us by them. Do not cling to anything. Just stay in the awakening of spirit dualism. Do not worry about the past or the future. Please sit quietly and we will come where there is no forward or retreat, without a break, nothing to cling to, grasp. Why? Because there is not a "crossroads", there is no "I" or "mine" anymore. Everything was quiet. The Buddha teaches us to let go of everything that way, do not bring anything with us. To be enlightened or letting go.
Enforcement is one way to escape from the cycle of birth and death, is that we have done ourselves. So try to let go and study law. Be on the slopes in mind power meditation. Do not worry about our loved ones. Currently they are they, in the future they would like us only. No one in this world escape that fate. The Buddha teaches us to let go of the way things are impermanent. If we let go, we will see the truth, otherwise u will forever be clouded intelligence. Only then, and for anyone too. So do not worry and do not cling to anything.
Such is the work we must assume, no one can do this for us. Our only responsibility now is to observe the mind and bring peace to the mind. Leave everything else to the other person concerned. Form, sound, scent, taste - let other people interested. Please leave them behind and lo make it work, to fulfill our service. Any illusion that raises start in our mind - even the fear of pain, fear of death, worried about relatives or whatever - just tell them: "Do not disturb me. These people are no longer my concern anymore. " Please keep to myself when I noticed how the illusion arises.
desire to live a long time will make us suffer. But I wish I was dead or dying quickly is not true. The karma is not our discretion, we have our own laws. We can adorn, beautify the body cleaned in a short period of time, as the young girl lipstick, nail hit, but when old age, different people have different? That is the essence of ourselves, we can not help it. But what we can do is to develop the mind, purify the mind.
soon as we have just been born, we all die. Birth and death are just one thing. Like a tree: When roots, shoots must have. When the shoots, have roots. We can not have this stuff, but not the other stuff. It's funny when people witness the incredible suffering, fear, dismay, sadness when a loved one dies and excited and happy when they are born. Actually, I think, if we should need to cry cry at birth. Because life really is death, and death is life; roots are leaves, branches and leaves are roots. If you need to cry, cry from the roots, while crying newborn. Get to clarify, there is no birth, no death. We can understand that?
I do not have to worry about anything, because this is not our real home, it is a place for temporary use only. Oil wants, not oil, are present in this world, so let's reflect on the nature of life. All things exist in the present moment, all will be gone, destroyed. Please observe our own. There still remain parts form the beginning? Skin like we used to be? And the hair? Has changed, right? The old ones, had turned to go? It is natural, that is the nature of things. When conditions and melt, they disappear. Nothing in this world is worth it based on - there is no end to the cycle of sorrow, pain, joy and pain. Never have peace.
those who are elderly foster parents, have mercy, do not complain. This is our chance to repay what they did for us. From birth to adulthood, we have to rely on their parents. The reason that we have today, thanks to the efforts of parents. We owe them, so much. First we are children, now parents become our children. They were growing old until they returned to the children. Their memories are no longer, low-vision, deaf ears. Sometimes they crave meaningless words. Do not let this change makes me frustrated. All of us, who have to take care of the sick, the elderly, should know letting go.
Be patient to remember the kindness of the people who take care of them, so they endured enough pain sensation. And if it is the need to help their children, they take advantage of the strength of our spirit, not to our mind wandering and agitation, do not do the job more difficult for our caregivers. Let the workers take care of patients develop kindness, love in their hearts. Do not think about the dark aspects of the job, such as cleaning blood, feces, urine. Let's try our best. Everyone in the family, go hand in. This is my parents, they gave us life, he did it, we care, our physicians are, they did it all just for us. They nurture us, teach, share the wealth with us, choose us as heirs of their inheritance, it is the kindness of their parents. Therefore, the Buddha taught us gratitude (katannu) and reward (katavedi) This two mutually different. So if you need our parents, parental illness, difficulty, we must do our best to help them, such as gratitude and reward, a virtue to help the world survive to this day. It helps families avoid a breakup, it braided ones together, and help them live harmony.
Anybody can build a house of brick and wood, but the Buddha taught that it is not home My real. Our house really is peace in my heart.
