An important question lies buried our experience, whether we know it or not know, that is: Life does not mean anything?
I have thought about this and wanted to share with people what I think, with the hope that these things can bring practical benefits for those who read through this article.
I believe that the meaning of life is happiness. From birth to death, every one of us wants happiness and avoid suffering. Not a social condition or education, or an ideal that may distort this desire.
From the mind of man we all want to be happy, happy. I do not know the universe with countless stars, galaxies & the world means nothing profound or not, but at least, we can see clearly that human life on this earth has the task of making life their happiness. Therefore, it is important to discover what will bring the most happiness.
How to achieve happiness.
Let's start sharing happiness and suffering into two primary parts: spirit, and body. Of these, the spirit that affects most of us.
Unless we are sick or hungry, our body is only part of this life depends. If the body is robust, we did not pay any attention to it. The spirit of the other, noticing it, though nowhere trivial. So we try to do with all your heart that his spirit is at peace.
In my limited experience, I found that peace is the ultimate growth when we make love and compassion.
Now that we care for the happiness of the people, it is time that we are enjoying the happiness. Making growth compassion automatically, is to make spiritual peace. This helps us up fear and anxiety, and we are ready to help deal with the obstacles of life. This is the ultimate success in life.
When we live in this world, that we still have problems. In case of difficulty, if we lose hope and become depressed, then the striving of us will be diminished. Conversely, if we remember that people around are going through suffering, then this will look real and will increase our ability, so we deal with adversity.
Indeed, with this attitude, every encounter difficulties, be seen as a golden opportunity for us to grow our own spiritual part.
Therefore, we must struggle gradually to become more compassionate, so we can develop compassion and helping those who are suffering. The result is that inner strength and serenity of our increased.
We need love.
The reason why love and compassion are seen as the happiest thing, because in the minds and hearts of each of us desire to be loved. Compassion is essential for human survival. It is a relationship of interdependence between people so deeply human. No matter what that person is capable of and how even good people that have nowhere to go anymore, that man can not survive if its only one. A healthy person can, to the maximum robustness in a certain period of time, but a time when ill or too young, or too old, we still need the help of those around him.

I believe that no one is born without love. Some schools have recognized philosophy that humans are not merely physical. The spirit is active in the sense of beauty, precious ones, we can make love.
Developing compassion.
Some of my friends said that love and compassion are marvelous and good, but we do not have a place in our world where hatred and hostility is a part of man, and so we always mastered by anger. This I do not agree.

In our ability to practice compassion, we need to have patience and time. Deep in our subconscious, when the "I" is dominant, and because the "I" that compassion is limited. How to get started.

The practice of compassion and love, always need to practice tolerance, and so the enemy is indispensable. We must thank enemies, because thanks to them that we were the development of mental peace. Furthermore, in the case of an individual or a change in public, enemies can become friends.
