This book consists of a series of articles on various aspects of Buddhism. Several articles have been written c The reader will find in this book a comprehensive look at the teachings implicit and essential core of Sakyamuni Gotama Buddha (Shakyamuni Gautama). So, I titled it: The Spectrum of Buddhism - Buddhist, comprehensive view - that a thorough insight into the teachings of Buddhism. The reader will also realize why the teachings of the Buddha have maintained solid value as a practical guide for life even to this day.
Buddhism is not dedicated to a race, a nation or a region, which is universal everywhere. Early Western world recognizes Buddhism as a way of life strong and stable rational, because Buddhism is the teaching of the pragmatic and the most rational, not whether any form of fanaticism. The message of the Buddha is for all time, and we now realize that Buddhism adaptive supply answers to the questions that the mind of modern man aspiring to seek advice.
however, Buddhism does not have to empty praise, could not hold on, preserving Buddhism as a similar type of property such as national treasures, is a doctrine which must be lived, to be experienced. Buddha Dhamma clear only on ( Dhamma ), His Teachings, and see it as a means to cross the ocean to suffer misfortune, round of rebirths, the constant existence continues, and European firm Full to the shore No sorrow, no death. Thus, the true Dhamma, as well as the friends we leave behind when we came over to the other side.
Buddha called his teaching the Dhamma-Vinaya, the Dhamma and the Vinaya. Also known as the Buddha-Sasana , Buddha teachings by-committee. Precepts in Buddhism refers to virtue, moral aspects of teaching. Precepts of the group ( sila ), while the group Dharma ( samādhi ), and wisdom or insight ( paññā or vipassana ). General Meeting, the three groups (gender, concentration and wisdom) is the practice of Buddhism. It is the Middle Way, the path that the Buddha bar only, away from the two extremes, the avaricious and sensual strict asceticism, and the ultimate result throughout Europe, to liberate integrity ( vimutti ), to Nirvana, the ultimate goal of Buddhism. No need to learn all the Buddhist Sutras ( Ti-pitaka , Three Tripitaka) can attain Nirvana. Practice is the key, not school wide erudition. Listen to the Buddha:
"Oil and the other read many classics by heart but do not pay attention, do not act in accordance with the teaching, so like the shepherds of others counted but not inherit the fruits of life spiritual life. )
There was no compulsion or coercion in Buddhism. Buddha is not a tyrannical absolute monarch, nor issued legal character. He did not promise to give every believer reward the good and punish the evil action, because the laws themselves Buddhist leaders take responsibility for their actions, universal application for all: each person must suffer for the actions their own mistakes, and life benefits due to his righteous actions. Retribution ( kamma , Sanskrit is karma ), the result being, is a law in itself, should not be the issue. event now have the characteristics of absolute righteousness, because accountants are now very accurate. therefore every person the right to receive part of their - what they deserve to receive. Those who do not study thoroughly all Business ( Suttas ) of the Buddha that just reading books on Buddhism by those not familiar with the author presents a clear path of the Buddha, hastily went to the wrong conclusion and call Buddhism a religion "other world" or religion "denies life." For example, in the book The Religion of India, The Sociology of Hinduism and Buddhism , pages 206-213, Max Weber described the soul salvation in Buddhism as "a job is absolutely personal character of a single individual," and Buddhism as "mystical and non-social." concept like that is totally baseless.
Buddha himself did not brake alone in a room. was walking him most in the world, away from the stomp stomp another way to transmit the message board his peace for all. while kings and regal row with him to be taught and guided the Buddha himself visited the poor and needy, and lowly losers loss. His move between categories of people more popular among the noble nobles.
Once he refused to preach immediately for a poor shepherds are hungry and waiting forever, even when he has little stomach. Buddha understood people from the lowest rank to the highest rank in life. Or clear political conditions, social and economic of Indian origin at the time, he focused much time adjacent to the present life. Readers will find in this book the teachings of the Buddha, the answers to these misconceptions.
historian HG Wells wrote: "Buddhism has provided the advance of world civilization and true culture, no matter how much influence any other sign of humanity. "
said Dr. Richard A. Gard: "Buddhist civilization to reach its steady before everyone come within its influence, a model worthy of human must be respected as such, an ideal character for good examples worthy of kings and class outcast ... Production assets for use in social work rather than personal gain, measured by personal moral values and wisdom, not by economic power, and the growth of national status bar average prosperity of the people of the country and not only balance the more commercial recording. That is some value to be specified in the Buddhist ideal. "
In preaching the Dhamma can never forced or methods to use to power. Dhamma ( Dhamma ), the spread out in a quiet, peaceful, not rushed headlong, solemn earnest, and by means worthy of respect. way that Buddhism penetrated into the unknown territory without disturbing the signal available at that level.
Aldous Huxley noted: "Unique in all the world's major religions, Buddhism proceed on his way without killing the galaxy, banning censorship, or search for inspiration fortune. "
