Tuesday

This lifestyle is not only good for religion, but for society in general too. It is the most effective means to combat terrorism. When people are not poor, they are not excitable. Cause of what is terrorism? Part of it is due to poverty, helpless, nobody care. As such, humans to think that "I suffer, then other people also suffered the ...". That way of thinking is also due to poverty and human deprivation. But why are they poor? Because there are people that care only for themselves. They do not know to share with the crowd. Therefore the majority of the poor will get angry, become terrorists.
Thus terrorism is caused by greed, selfishness, do not know what we have shared. If the ten, nine of us can, and use the remaining money. That is why the Buddha taught us to enjoy in moderation consumption is good, noble, worth cherishing.
Thursday
Do not make the whirring. Whenever you live where to live quiet, peaceful. Do not quarrel or 'played along in' with others. Do not wire into the controversial issue, unless it is not the correct format.
When you practice, understand your obligations, then go find the place deserted, quiet life, to meditate. If we live in, then close with them like quiet. When living alone, in a solitary place, be quiet. When we live in, be quiet. Only close to what is good, peaceful religion that you can bring to you. When you live alone, do not whirring, busy. Be quiet in action, speech and mind.
When living with a group - whether two or three people - do not wire into the controversy, because where there is controversy, there is no peace. Your actions can hardly at this time, because you have to stir. Your words will not be smooth. Your mind - full of thoughts of anger, resentment - can not be peace. And that would be the cause to which we now bad. When you live in a community - about 4 people or more - you have to make sure it is a harmonious community, there is no dispute, quarrel, no one wants to hurt or cause pain to anyone. Communities that have harmony and discipline to practice Buddhism. A community of disciplined, civilized aims to develop for all members. It is the duty of the Buddha, his teachings live on, creating a quiet place to live, so that body and mind are at peace.
Friday
Do not slack effort. Be diligent in the practice of meditation to achieve. Take frequent concentration, meditation, to set a good example for them to follow. When direct consultation, look for teaching how to develop the meditation subject. Talk about the benefits of meditation. Practice cleanses the defiled mind. By doing so, you're on the road to the noble state of mind.
Furthermore when the mind is free from all obstacles, has to be specified, not fluctuate up and down. Mind stable, solid, strong, nothing defiled can do it. So do not slack effort. Always intensely religious.
When you do this, you have to live according to his teachings. These are the words uttered by the Buddha taught. So we must all try to practice these words in yourself. If you have instilled these teachings, with genuine interest, perfection, whether you can not mind entirely freed from suffering, then at least you are free to cultivate and develop the mind in the right direction. The evil deed that you will not have arisen. While the good qualities you have, more will grow, bloom.
Please contemplate and practice. Let's train ourselves to live according to his teachings. How then do, then you will be happy, prosperous, growing increasingly interested in your teachings.
