THE 35 BUDDHAS FOR CONFESSION OF MORAL DOWNFALLS.

The thirty five Buddhas for confession of moral downfalls, when they were bodhisattvas, made very strong prayers that those beings who recited their names after the bodhisattvas became enlightened would accumulate vast merits and purify lifetimes of negative karma, planting the seed for their own enlightenment as well. the blessing comes from saying these Buddhas' name's while performing full body length prostrations to them.
