Worldly wisdom consists in making use of knowledge of relief and well-being, does not create any harmful; study to gain knowledge about the real sense or meaning of the Scriptures; and three types of knowledge to develop intelligent meditation suicide wisdom (vipassana-bhavana), as the knowledge gained from studying (sutamaya-pañña), knowledge from the thinking (cintamaya-pañña), wisdom from the development meditation (bhavanamaya-pañña).Morals of worldly wisdom might lead to a happy life in the higher realms, but it also was unable to ward off the risk of rebirth in the hell realms, or the realms more misery. Only the growth of world export intelligence (lokuttara-pañña) can suppress this risk is a sure sure. Export intelligence is the intelligence of the result. To develop the intellect, we need to continue to watch intelligent meditation practice wisdom (vipassana-bhavana) in addition to the three principles of morality, meditation and wisdom. When the morals of intelligence is developed, the morals of ethics and meditation will also be achieved.
Intellectual Development
This intellectual development method is to observe the physical properties (rupa) and mental (nama) ---the only two elements inherent in every human being — —-with the look of understanding about the true nature of it. So far, the experiment in observation of physical separation is usually practiced in the laboratory with a variety of tools, but what kind of meditation can not cope with the conscious mind. The Buddha's method does not require any type of instrument or any aid from outside. It can successfully deal with both, physical and spiritual. Use the consciousness of ourselves for the purpose of parsing, by focusing on all the activities of the physically and mentally when they occur where themselves. By continuously repeating this type, can achieve the necessary focus, and when the focus becomes the elite introspection, unbroken progression of the appearance and disappearance of things or Italian can be felt in a vivid way.
Single people only include clear in two groups of physically and mentally. Solid physical body now belong to the group. According to the usual list of physical phenomena, there all is twenty eight types in this group, but the summary may note that the body is a block of material. Physically changes shape (ruppati) according to the physical condition of hot, cold, etc etc ..., and so this shape change under physical condition, it is called rupa in Pali. It doesn't own any of the sensory understanding of subjects.
In Dieu (Abhidhamma). The element physically and mentally classified respectively as "status with objects" (sarammana-dhamma) and "non-State subjects" (anarammana-dhamma). Elements of the spirit of that object, grasping objects, and objects, while objects are material, e.g. hold objects, and not know the object. The spirit appears to rely on the physical: taking refuge on the eye, the sense of eyes (which see) appears; relying on the ear, the ear's sense (the listener) appeared; relying on the nose, the consciousness of the nose (the smell); relying on the tongue, the consciousness of the tongue (taste); relying on body consciousness of the body (contact) appears. There are countless types of contact, good or bad.
While large areas of the contact that runs throughout the length of the body, inside and outside, feel for the see, hear, smell and taste in their area---eyes, ears, nose and tongue---each senses occupies an area of very small body. The tactile sensation to touch, see, hear, etc etc ... There is nothing at all, just the mental factor. Where that spiritual consciousness also appear –-thoughts, ideas, imagination, etc ... etc ...---based consciousness. All the ones we have are elements of the spirit. Spiritual understanding of a subject, while physically not know more about the subject.
The sight
People often believe that in the case of the show, it's the eyes actually see. They claim that the eye sees and is a breeding and health alike. They also think that: "What is mine," "I see things," "the eye, what to see, and I was one and the same person." The fact is not so. The eye is an object and the other object is seen, and there is no separate entity as "I" or "self". The only reality of the refuge saw into the eye.
For a example, it's like the case of a person to sit in the House. The House and people are two separate bodies: the House is not the person, not the House. Similarly, just as at seeing. The eyes and the show is two separate things: the eye is not found, the find is not the eyes.
A primary example is different, it's like a person in the room is seeing so many things when they open and looked through the window. If asked, "who are seeing? Window or are people really see? " The answer is, "no window possessing the ability to see; only people see. " If asked again, "any man can see all things outside without Windows?" The answer would be, "can't see through walls every external object as if no window. People can just look through the window. In every moment of the show, where the body has only two distinct elements are physical and mental (her eyes) (see). Furthermore, there is a third factor of the material---Visual object. People are not practicing deep meditation about claiming that belongs to "falling," "ego," "body," or "man". They claimed that "the show is Me," or "I am the one to see," or "I know." This belief or viewpoint in Pali called sakkaya-ditthi. Sakkaya means a group of physical (rupa) and mental (nama) available separately. Ditthi means perspective and misguided trust. From coordinating sakkaya-ditthi means which themselves have confidence or misguided views about these two factors nama (mental) and rupa (matter), not true to reality.

Nama (mental) and rupa (matter) is real, but people hold the view that this element group is falling, or ego, or a lively entity. When a person has not freed from the perspective of ego, that person would not expect to escape the risk of falling into the realms of suffering like hell, animal, hungry daemons or demons. Although a person can live a happy life where the person or the Sun by morals and the Protestant cause, yet they can still crashing down the current state more misery on at any time, once the evil bad karma to boot. Because of this, the Buddha points out the essential thing for people practicing and eliminate false opinion about falling.
"To a sa-main subjects: an evolving notion to remove erroneous views about intersection".

To explain: whether this is everyone's wish to avoid premature aging, depression, suicide, not a person who can prevent this event. After death, the next rebirth. Auditory, v. v. ...
Also, in the case of the hearing, only two distinct elements, material and spiritual. Hearing loss appears to slash into the ear. There are special forms accompanied by the feeling of pain or discomfort, such as sense of childhood wonder what hard or tired of the body or limbs, burning sensation, pain, numbness, solid, etc ... etc ... The Consciousness

Thus we see that "they are factors; they cannot be ruled; they are not a person or an entity living. "this is the insight of anatta (anattanupassana-ñana).
When complete the understanding of impermanence, suffering and egolessness, Director of the Roman Empire (magga-ñana) and knowledge (phala-ñana) occurred and we achieve Nirvana. Achieving Nirvana is a first step, a prize from the regeneration cycle, get rid of the pain. Practice of Application
The real method of implementing intelligent meditation has been interpreted as recognition, or a survey, or contemplation, these events occur continuously where Visual, auditory, v ... etc ... at the door of the six senses. However, the reality is it's hard for a preliminary study to track the ongoing events — as they happen, because the attention (sati), meditation (samadhi), and understanding (ñana) remained weak. The see, hear, smell, taste, and touch, and think happens very quickly. It looks like see happen simultaneously with the hearing, and the hearing occurred simultaneously with the saw, saw and heard at the same time. Because they happen so fast, can't segment it clear what happened before and what happened after.
Fact, the sight does not occur at the same hearing, or hearing loss occurs at the same time. Such events can only happen one by one. Sight and hearing only happens when the focus is in the audience. Sitting
Sit is the straight posture of the body consists of a series of physical activity, by promoting awareness of a variety of mental activity. It's like a plastic ball was hyped up and round in shape through the resistance of the air inside. Sitting posture similar to the body is kept in a straight posture through continuous process of physical activities. This body is a burden, so the need for a large portion of the energy to keep this straight. People often guess that this body be raised and maintained in the erect posture with the tendon fibers. This assumption is correct in a sense because tendons, blood, meat and bones are just the physical part. The hard elements to keep the body in a straight posture that belong to groups and appear to be meat, tendons, blood, etc. etc., throughout the body, like air in a plastic ball.
Hard element is the element of air, called vayo-dhatu. The body is kept in a straight position by elements of the air in the form of hardware, it is continuously available. Mental state while very sleepy or sleeping is the bhavanga, "life continues" or the flow of the subconscious. Up-Down
A simple type and make it easier for the record: With every breath, where the abdomen appears the movement bulging-falls. The application should start with practice noted the movement. The movement up and down, we are recognized easily because it is rough and so it is more appropriate for the site. As in schools where the simple lessons are easy to learn, practice of meditation is proving so well. When suffering, many feeling the pain, the body and the mind is viewed as complex a heap of misery. This is also the contemplative knowledge about suffering.
Notice that the elements of matter and spirit never properly according to our wishes, but they appear according to the nature and the terms of their own culture. While taking part in the recording process, practitioners understand that all this progress cannot be controlled and they are not human, or a living entity or an ego. This is anattanupassana-ñana, contemplative knowledge about the egolessness.
When practitioners develop knowledge of impermanence, suffering and egolessness, he can attain Nirvana. From the ancient time, the Buddha, A-la-Han and holy ones (Ariyas) did achieve Nirvana through clever meditation. This is the great leader, to reach Nirvana. Venerable Mahasi Sayadaw U Sobhana, Mathera, is one of the known modern times and is the leader in the revival of Vipassana meditation.
