Suffering needs to be seen-HT Kim Khippapanno Million
Why do we go to find happiness by meditating on that face forever with the pain, the suffering? That's because we have perverted this ancient accept this is my body, that we should take it a little pampering, always afraid of pain, fear of change, fear of impermanence, not daring to let go of it.
In the body, the mind can only change and suffering. Suffering due oppressed by constant change. If experience is such that we have the right, religious right.
