MEDITATION ON THE NATURE OF THE CENTER.

MEDITATION ON THE NATURE OF MIND
Nun Thubten Chodron
 ***
We'll see how reflecting our mind is the source of happiness, suffering or discontent, is the building up of his own experiences.
You start by recalling a troublesome situation in your life, a real incident that happened to you, there may be a conflict with someone. When you recall this incident, let's focus on thoughts or feelings you have at that time. Try not to focus on what the other person has said or done. Try to recall the thoughts and feelings of their own.
Now, you ask yourself: "How we express themselves in ways that have affected our sense of how that situation?"
Depending on the circumstances you describe yourself that you think that such things happen, then you start statements and actions. So your attitude affects your words and actions you like? And the things you say and do affects how this situation affects people in the how?
Remember the way you interpret this situation and ask yourself: "Think about the fact that true or not? I really look at it objectively reasonable? Or I was seeing things through the eyes have been distorted because of me and what belongs to me? "
Normally, when we conflict with someone, we think that we are aware of the work objectively. We think that we are aware of the work correctly, but because we are an important character in it, we often skim the story through the eyes of its own, through the needs and their own goals. Come back and reflect on this, see things happen like that or not, when you are in the are?
You can also view the situation through the other way or not? Circumstances will change how you feel if through the eyes of other people? Through their needs, their concerns? Can you think of other interpretations, or other ways of narration that or not, and whether the new interpretation may change the way you feel at that time or not?
To conclude, try to realize that the way you interpret things will affect the way you feel them, determined that the best you will note when you can ascribe negative characteristics to a or other circumstances that, or if your look biased and narrow-minded. Make a commitment that you will try to realize the event an easygoing, compassionate and open.END=VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.THE MIND OF ENLIGHTMENT.WORLD VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST ORDER=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN LOTUS MONASTERY=THE EIGHTFOLD PATH.NAM MO SAKYA MUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.19/6/2014.
