COMPATIBILITY contemplating mental continuum

Inhaling a deep breath and let go. Doing it again. And again. Relax. Smiling. Remember the connection - between Buddha and our own Buddha nature, and consider its motivation to practice. Then start breathing meditation retreat over the following. Let's focus on breathing cycle into or out of one. Stable ideology breath and just observe the breath for a moment. Now, begin silently counting each breath cycle - in / out one , in the two .... and so on until ten . When I count to ten then, let's count backwards from ten to one .
If you're distracted and not know what I'm counting the number of those, then start from the back. If our mind lightheadedness and some just last night blindness , then i start from the back. Practice breathing this way for several minutes, until the mind is steady and quiet.
Start the activity observed in our minds - the thoughts, feelings and sensations. Just observe the spirit of this operation without any involvement in it - critical, preferred or rejected. The progression observed in his mind as an impartial observer.
Then grab a hold of my thoughts and from this point, begin a journey back in time, this progression from one to the previous progression in mind. Quickly skim through what I went through in mind, go back to the last hour, this morning, back to breakfast time we wake up. There is a relationship between a point with an earlier time, or the time before that or not?
Think about the dreams that I remember. Return to the previous evening, about my thoughts before sleep. There is a serial something?
Thinking about yesterday, day before yesterday, last week, last month, last year. Look for the relationship, the relationship between the progressive spirit that we are tracking to the past in my life.
Do not participate in the ongoing story. Just observe that not be part of it, do not criticize, just find out the sequence of events. Go back in time in my life as long as possible, observing mental events during adolescence, the children, childhood and can last even when we were born again. Observe moments reflection to find out the relationship between them. If we can return at birth, then what we see? Try to identify conditions that could have happened. The progression has stopped in here or not? There continue?
Before this life of the mind we started existed. Keep doing (experience) through time and time again without having to start from nothing. When we went back in time to a maximum and then, slowly go back to the present moment. Observe the operation of his mind. Just observe the spiritual evolution arises that did not participate in anything - critical, preferred or rejected. Look for the serial (the evolution of consciousness). Now, let my imagination work. Observe situations that may occur in the future - to our minds drift to the rest of the day, about tomorrow, next week, next month, next year ... and so on ... until the moment of death. Let's think about the situations that may occur at that time. The unfolding of consciousness can stop there or not? There continue? Have changed anything? The mind is never finished, it flows from one life to another, and each experience suffering or happiness are rooted in mind that out.
