1. the will bring back happily,
For all beings.
I would love them,
With all my heart.

2. in all beings,
Pray to do the least.
Pray for all,
They were all over me.

3. Pray watch over me,
Emotions would all mixed up confusion?
I resolve to kill off,
Pure bottom.

4. any aggressive beings,
Sowed immense sufferings,
I would love them,
As priceless treasures.

5. those who abused me,
Insults, slander,
Ring the humiliation I endured,
This glorious sacrifice.

6. those who though unjustly,
Hurt me,
I'm grateful to them,
As the ultimate masters.

7. so far as the Place of thousands of worlds,
They were all parents.
Any suffering I bear,
Happy son rise.

8. mid-life illusion,
The way tu no hoen.
Assures me off stride,
A realm would taken?
