True antidote to suffering.
 
 As I have previously summarized, the practice of religious or spiritual teachings-whatever you call it-is a method to completely eradicate all suffering, a method that can bring the complete cessation of suffering, and not just temporarily.
For example, the simple daily suffering that humans and even animals suffering-recognized as fever, headache and other diseases, which can be terminated immediately by the external method as medication, without legal or religious teachings. So, if that's all what we can do, there is no religious purpose for existence. 
However, religious activities should go to the complete cessation of suffering chronic pain, and it depends entirely on the end unless the source of all suffering billions of things that exist and all-ignorance other delusions arise from ignorance of the origin. 
So, the real happiness-happiness eternal, ultimate liberation-recognized anywhere that unless we absolutely take the origin of suffering: ignorance and delusion other. In other words, the destruction of ignorance, attachment and aversion is the ultimate liberation, really happily-happily never change; once happily received, you can not ever change, is permanent. 
Why true happiness can not be changed or disappeared? Why we have never collapsed from that? Why can not fall from true happiness to misery? That's because once you achieve eternal happiness is no longer any reason that we are caught in a spiral of misery prison again.

This happens mainly because we do not mind freed from the origin of suffering. Why? When the heart is ignorance, attachment, anger and other delusions of control, the pleasure that we have been through contact conditions change and certainly not long-term survival. All this clearly shows that there is some thing wrong with your body, mind, and our body and mind is the source of suffering. 
So what is the mistake that our actions? Why no matter how much fun sense of security that we inherited, there is no end? Regardless of whether we experience a sense of how much happiness, then nothing is perfect, nothing is terminated. We experienced a certain thing, it ends; our efforts to implement something else ... but it ended well; we have different experience and it does not last long. Not only in this life-without beginning, we experienced worldly pleasures dropping the other pleasures of samsara, pursuing not experience true happiness, and the ever-changing and termination, and we're still not satisfied. Moreover, the efforts we have made to achieve the feeling of happiness, sometimes, by experimenting with different methods, this is not end without beginning; This work is not yet complete. 
So, what makes this pleasures that do not exist, and for us to find this pleasure to other pleasures, not exert experienced suffering and sorrow as well as of reducing pleasure ? Why is this happening? The reason is that we are falling into this condition is not satisfied and is suffering because we are interested in the control of delusion and karma. 
What is Karma? Industrial action is caused by delusion. Because our mind is under the control of delusion and karma, the body is also under the control of delusion and karma; if the mind is not freed, it does not relieve itself. Therefore, the true liberation is completely free mind and now that idea. All the happy result comes from the positive action or virtue; positive actions and positive virtues by heart and virtue created. Thus, the evolution of happiness, where happiness comes, and the progression of suffering, where suffering comes, is completely different. Happiness and suffering arise in ways completely different. 
Because want happiness and do not want suffering but are living in misery, it really is extremely important for us to understand this evolution. However, understanding of the mind alone is not enough.
