People need to be aware of the death, it is contemplated that he would not live long in this world. Without a sense of death, people will not know the advantage of this particular life that you are getting.  "Best Interior goodness itself, thousands of lives disobedience" , which means that once it's gone, the universal body life is hardly back. So this human life is meant for living in this world because people can achieve important results that you want.
The analysis does not mean death to his fear of death, which is to know the value of this precious human life, while living people can practice many important teachings. Instead of fearing death, you need to ponder that when death approached, he would lose a good opportunity to practice. So contemplate death will bring more capacity for your practice.
You need to accept that death is inevitable in this life. Buddha stated that  "a place without death, where there is no truth, no out of nowhere, not in the ocean, nor even in the mountains."
If you accept that death is part of life when death draws near, you will be able to face it more easily.
When people know the right way deep in his heart that death will come but avoid thinking about it, it is clear that there is no understanding and no benefits. This is also true when people accept that aging is part of life, did not want to have old age and avoid thinking about it. Such attitudes lead to no preparation of mind and when old age comes, everything will be very difficult.
Many people have old, but still as much as their young. Many times when you see those long years, for example, a number of parliamentarians in countries like the United States, I say  "Hello old friend" . I mean, we've known each other for a long time but I'm not talking about going  'old' . But when I offered as a result, some people have corrected me forcefully:  "we do not have old, we are longtime friends" . Really they were older, with the hairs are coming out in two ears, a sign of old age, but they are uncomfortable with old age. Such is the life without thinking about.
I often think about my life a hundred years of one's life, but compared to the life of this Earth, the human life is included. In this short life, people should try to live to be careful not to cause suffering to ourselves and others. Life is so precious should not create destruction that should be devoted to activities that build character, or at least do not harm others or cause trouble for their suffering. Thus the months of our short years as a tourist on this planet will be meaningful. If a tourist visiting a certain place in a short time caused much trouble, so wrong. But if as a tourist, you make others happy in this short period of time, so wise, and you leave this place to the other place you'll feel happy. If you stir crazy, even though you do not get stuck in this place in time, but you will ask yourself in his time here has done something.
The Life of a hundred years, beginning as a child, the end is old age, often like an animal, eat and just fell asleep. Between the last several decades can live a meaningful way. Buddha said:  "Half-life people sleep. Ten years of living in childhood. Twenty years of living in old age. In the remaining twenty years of grief, lament and worry, time-consuming, and hundreds of things to take away sickness more time. "
To make life meaningful, be happy to accept old age and death as a part of his life. People have difficulty thinking of death but the ease of greed, caused more trouble, and intended to harm others.
We see people who are considered major figures, such as kings, built castles and high-rise buildings, we see clearly in their mind that they will live forever in my life this. The consequences of this self-deception is more pain and more trouble for many others.
For those who do not believe in future life, to reflect on the reality and also useful scientifically. Because the human mind and all phenomena are other causal change in every moment, pondering what this leads to the ability to develop themselves towards good. If this life never change, we will forever bear the suffering. When we know that things always change it though we are going through a very difficult period, we can still find solace in the knowledge that the situation would not like that forever. So there is no reason to despair.
Good destiny is not permanent, and so when things are going well for me, I should not desire too much.  idea that things will never change is a disastrous mistake.  , for example, even if we accept that there are next life, we only think of the present and future look less important. So we will miss a good opportunity when our lives have free time and good conditions to practice the dharma benefits. A clear understanding of the doctrine of impermanence is always good for us.
Being conscious life is impermanent, people have a sense of discipline and the regent for his mind. Discipline or cultivate no means taboo, which means that there is a tension between the interests of long-term and short-term gains, you sacrifice short-term benefits and long-term benefits of choosing later. This is the self-discipline comes from a sense of karmic law of cause and effect. For example let my stomach recover from a recent illness, I avoid sour foods and cold drinks though these items seem palatable and attractive. This kind of disciplined defense purposes. Similarly, the contemplation of death leads to self-discipline or self-restraint, self-defense, rather than punishment.
Humans have the potential to create good things, but to be able to use the full potential, there must be freedom. Totalitarianism is the obstacle to this development. For additional, individual freedom means that you do not rely on something external and not wait for the orders of others, that you own initiatives. So Buddha often said to "personal liberation" , which means free himself, not through any organization. Each individual must create a better future for yourself. Freedom and individualism requires self-discipline. If these are taken advantage of for the emotions it would have disastrous consequences. Freedom and self-discipline must go hand in hand.
Eye opening
According to Buddhism, the ultimate goal of every practitioner to attain Buddhahood is the ability to save sentient beings. However, an average level of achievement can be liberated from the cycle of birth practitioner, aging, sickness and death, of pain, a lower level of achievement but still valuable at work for the future life more favorable to that person. From changing your life for the better, one can attain liberation will finally witness the Buddhahood. First, open your eyes wide including future lives, and then, by understanding our destiny, your eyes extended to include additional reincarnations. Finally, this understanding can be extended to others through compassionate desire wish for beings from suffering and the causes leading to suffering. This tolerance is the foundation to promote your practice vow to become a Buddha.
You must have an interest in the deeper aspects of life to have an impact on the future lives, so that we can fully understand the nature of suffering and reincarnations. Next understanding the suffering of samsara is the condition required to fully develop compassion.
The disadvantage of having no sense of death
Knowing that he will die, that is what benefits. Why? Without a sense of death, you will not pay any attention to the practice that only a meaningless life, not understanding the attitudes and behavior and cause misery kind lead to bliss.

But decide quickly if it is not maintained by the contemplation of the nature of impermanence, the destruction of your practice will fade away. Keep in mind, if only to avoid frivolous activities lest you underestimate your fellow is not enough, but must be transformed from within. This is good for monks and nuns and laymen who remember and apply in practice. Perhaps you are familiar with the idea that endures, thinking that he is far from dead and the living, need to have fun like normal people. Do want to enjoy in this life, though there is little long-term significance, you are willing to use unethical means to get what they want, as usurious loans, taking advantage of friends, events proceedings ... to have more than the avaricious demands of life. Since you've chosen lifestyle so money should become more attractive as moral education, and even if you want to practice, you do not pay much attention to it. If a book falls to the ground, you can not hesitate picking it up, but if a bill for it to fall back down the other. If you meet people who have devoted their lives to the goal of a deep, well can you think of that dedication, but that's all. If you see a person wearing chic clothes, displaying wealth, you'll probably start craving attention, you will wish yourself to be so, and eventually you will do anything to achieve desire that purpose.
Once drawn into the flow vanity of earthly life, the emotions of greed, hatred, ignorance, jealousy, pride will increase, and take the road that leads to you creating more karma . These emotions only cause trouble, make yourself and those around you fall into malaise. Although you may already know a little about the practice, but you still accumulate material wealth and more people involved, after all you can say is practice frivolous things of this world, starting craving for the person you have feelings, and start hatred for those whom you dislike, and you are looking to pursue this troubling emotional brain. When he got to this place, though have heard of the practice of righteousness, you will also hesitated and missed. Over countless reincarnations since its earliest days until now, you know there are emotional afflictions, but now you have more legal frivolity. Thus the situation becomes worse, make you far away from what is really more beneficial.
Being dragged by the desire, you will never find satisfaction. You do not make other people happy, and certainly not to make yourself happy. When you become more selfish with the  "his"  is any person to intervene in and immediately becomes the target of your anger. Whether you qualify for their friends and their loved ones, but they can not help you at your birth and death.
You born alone and it will leave alone. If on the day you die, a person you can go and hang on to it a valuable friends, but can not have that. When you're born in a completely unfamiliar circumstances, if those of you in a previous life can help something they are also a valuable contact, but this event could not happen. Yet in the time period between birth and death, lasting decades, those of you that  "your friend", "my brothers and sisters" . When his craving for the favorite and also the anger with the people you hate. When you were born, you do not know anyone who is. Although we all want happiness and do not want to suffer, but you still like some people and think  "they are my friends,"  and some people hate  "these people are our enemies" . You attach labels and nicknames and start craving or aversion. So what they are worth? Not worth anything. The problem here is that your spending too much capacity for frivolous things of this life. The great spiritual value to be forgotten before such petty things.
If you do not practice, and when you are going through life with those around you and those who work with you, rather than have someone remind you of the spiritual practice, ethics, clearly that it has brought you trouble yourself. Your mistake is that you do not have a sense of impermanence.
Awareness about the benefits of the doctrine of impermanence
However, if you have to wait until the last moment was penetrating the fact that they will die, and you get to a state of their own reality right now, you will not be dominated by the goal anymore frivolous . You will not neglect the important long-term goals. You should decide from the beginning that I was going to die, and find out the real value. If you remember that life goes by so fast, you will appreciate the time and will do what we value. With a strong sense of inevitable death will come to you, you will find yourself having to practice, to transform their minds, and not waste time with the pleasures of eating to gossip about the war, the romance and the private lives of others.
All beings want happiness and do not want suffering. We use many different techniques to eliminate the large and small suffer. We humans know practical ways to practice early in his life to avoid suffering later. In life, there are religious and those who are not religious to find some way to reduce pain and eliminate the suffering other, sometimes even using a small pain as a means to overcome suffering and achieve a large certain kind of happiness.
Everyone is trying to eliminate pain outside, but there is a method to eliminate suffering a deeper level, aims to reduce or eliminate suffering in the future life, and more, solutions excluding all forms of suffering for ourselves and for our students. This method is called spiritual practice.
These methods include the attitude adjustment. So, basically, means practicing good tune his thoughts. In Sanskrit, spiritual practice known as "Dharma", meaning "to hold". This means that due to the bad attitude adjustment, you get rid of the pain and suffering such "hold" from that pain. The spiritual practice has the ability to protect themselves and others from falling into the pit of mortal suffering.
From the first to understand their situation in samsara and find ways to keep themselves from suffering, you convey your enlightenment to others and compassion arise, ie voluntary help sentient beings from suffering . Let me tell you about a small example, recently I was in Bodh Gaya (Bodhgaya), I suffered from chronic intestinal infection. On the way to the hospital I felt pain, and sweating. Our vehicles go through mountain regions vultures (ie Vulture Son) and in this region is very poor villagers. Overall, Bihar is a poor state, but the region's poorest. I did not see a child go to school. Only poverty and disease. I remember very clearly a paralyzed boy, wearing the rusted metal bar clamped in two legs and two arms crutches. One other place, I saw an old man at a roadside tea stall, wearing only a soiled cloth, fell to the ground, and is always there to help but no one stood up. Then I was taken to the hospital, I kept thinking about what I just saw, sadly pondering that when I get more people here care, and miserable out there who do not have one. I thought about it and forget his pain. Although sweat is pouring out, I just thought of others.
So even though my body much pain (there is a hole in the gut) and I can not sleep, my mind was not afraid. If I had to focus on his illness, only makes the situation only worse. This is a small example from my own experience I have a compassionate attitude about benefits for themselves, do forget the pain part of your body, relieves fear, though other people do not get the direct benefits.
Compassion helps us gain strength, and courage, we will calm down more gently .
